Magnifique vue, accueil très accueillant + Nous avons adoré notre séjour d'une semaine. L'hôtel est à 20 minutes de l'aéroport. Il a été l'un des premiers hôtels de Charm ce qui lui permet d'être bien localisé. Vous accédez à la plage soit par des escaliers ou un ascenseur, il y a beaucoup de sièges avec un bar toute la journée. L'eau y est cristaline, munissez-vous d'un masque pour découvrir plusieurs espèces de poissons, c'est vraiment magnifique. Nous avions une grande chambre très confortable avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes Tous les repas sont des buffets variés et délicieux. Nous avons particulièrement adoré toutes les équipes qui font un travail remarquable pour faire vivre ce lieu. Un merci spécial à Atef et à toutes les équipes du restaurant pour leur sympathie, le sens du service et leurs sourires. − Nous aurions aimé trouvé des jus pressés (même en supplément)

Going to worse + We loved that there are many different aqua parks and the food is nice − Thıs season many locals are there before the scool open top noisy and rude people around. Also the staff except reception dont speaks english and they spend top much time arabic language and they dont carrier around many tourist also want to help. Also next hotel aquapark hotel lifegourds Who works especiall big water parks( tornado, and green big One ı cant remember the name) so rude. For foreings they not allow the jump and siled 2 people but for locals everything they allowed. Also my 4th times in pickalbatros but the worse Entertainment teams was in the night time.
