+ The property is gorgeous. Plenty of activities to do. The teen club was a big hit with my kids and gave us parents the chance to do activities in our own. The spa is delightful. The staff is super friendly and the pool bartenders really aim to please.

+ Front desk check in staff are less than pleasant, they don’t acknowledge you when you walk up to the desk, pretend not to see you… other staff were great, kind and friendly and helpful, dirty beach but great pool. Check in was a bit hectic but I guess it was a busy weekend, overall good stay.

+ This hotel is so well done. Unlike many of the hotels in Punta Cana, they have thought about their surroundings, making sure to fill the property with trees and plants. The pools look natural, no straight edges and green tiles to give a natural look. Lots of restaurant choices and waterpark ideal for children. Unfortunately (as with a lot of Caribbean beaches these days) the seaweed is a problem - there was a lot and it means you don’t get that azul blue sea colour. So check what it’s like at your time of year. They do a good job but it’s a thankless task. In short, the hotel is fantastic (one of the best we’ve stayed), but if the beach is a priority I’d suggest checking the south of the island (Bayahibe or La Romana).

+ I really like the VIP service the employees from the VIP section were all friendly they remembered and addressed us by our name. Emilio from the concierge and Michael from the Seaside Grill were incredible host. Emilio made sure we had an itinerary each day and recommended us to do something new each day. Michael would plan our meals eat day. I highly recommend this resort it was the best.

+ Resort is nice and very clean. Eco friendly. Stuff is very nice. Resort is more on relaxing side. We were not impressed with food (mostly the same evey day and mediocre) and not much of entertainment like in other resorts that we stood before. Nothing to do after 11 pm. Overall is nice place if you want to relax and have some rest.

+ The worst trip we ever had was to Dominican republic because we chose to stay in this hotel. I did not have time to submit this review. But would like to share the experience. It was a seaweed season and stepping out of the car it smelled like spoiled eggs so much. The ocean was just black color. it was a discounted purchase and hotels close by did not have same condition as we found out later by traveling. i wish we would just move in the beginning after arrival. Staff kept telling us that it was everywhere which clearly wasn't the case. They should have notified tourist when making reservation that property is in such bad condition with the seaweed, there should be a disclaimer. We traveled almost 24 hours with a small child and me being pregnant. I would never do this trip otherwise. i feel that it was very unfair. Food was all oily , not even a fresh salad, everything fried I barely ate for 10 days. Kids zone had nothing but 2 broken slides overheated in a sun surrounded by flie…
