Ok + Bien limitado la opciones de comida − La bañera no tenía una buena barrera y cada vez que uno se bañaba, toda el agua se salía hacia afuera. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y la habitación no se enfriaba bien. Además, no tenían acondicionador para el cabello en el bano.

Don’t stay here, not worth your time or money. + It’s an all-inclusive resort − The staff were a horrible customer service. Upon arrival they could not find our reservation, but after speaking with Booking.com, it appeared that the hotel canceled our reservation and made us rebook it at a higher price. The staff were not helpful at all. They were busy chatting, when we expressed our concerns to them, they started singing in our face as if it was nothing. The representative lied on us. it was a horrible experience overall I would not advise anyone to stay here.

Horrible do not stay here, Staff unprofessional and money greedy + Nothing − Upon arrival at this hotel, they canceled our reservation and made us book another reservation one at a more expensive price. When requesting the room that we paid for we were informed that they didn’t have it and would have to give it to us at a later time and told us that we had to pay more . However, it did not make sense to pay because they never gave us the room that we originally paid for. Basically, they were asking for us to pay for their mistake. The staff are not accommodating. They are RUDE. Addition, we got lied on during our stay where the security had to get involved and we were approved to be right due to the proof that we had. This place will try to upcharge you upon your arrival. When we noticed all of this, we automatically canceled our reservation and to another hotel. This is by far the most horrible experience I’ve had with a hotel.Do not stay here..

No es un All inclusive, las cosas se acaban + . − Solo hay aire en las habitaciones y en los baños generales, un caloraso en los restaurantes, en el lobby, en el buffet insoportable. La comida se acaba, los vasos se acaban, nunca hay nada, eso no es all inclusive porque se acaban las cosas
