+ We had a great stay, room was great and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining options were good, including the buffet. We had family concierge which we were really happy with. Fransua was extremely helpful and went out of his way. If you’re thinking of family concierge, we definitely recommend you ask for him. We recommend Paradisus and we will likely go back one day ourselves.

+ We had a really good time, the place, the food were great and the people are very kind and helpful, they had many activities everyday that make the stay more joyful. It is very good to go with family. We all enjoy the stay.

+ The facilities were beautiful and the staff was friendly and attentive. Their family concierge service was of no benefit and the process for making reservations at the various specialty restaurants within the facility was almost entirely ineffectual. We tried to get reservations and the specialty restaurants for each night we were there, but were told they could only accommodate half of our group but then the restaurants were half empty. Frustrating.

+ The resort should arrange pickups from the airport so vistors can avoid harassment by vacation club associates with deals that will cause us not to come back to there resort we booked

+ Me and my family also.nephew and his family from new york just spent five days at this resort we totally enjoyed the resort our concierge Andy was 10 out 10 customer service was excellent totally enjoyed our stay except for the food I personally didn't enjoy wide variety but without flavor will probably visit again .

+ We had booked a special birthday trip with the grandparents in May 2025. The resort is special and has a great pool and water park that we felt were not as well advertised as they were standout features of the resort. They had dance shows yes, magic shows and other activities poolside every single night we were there, which everyone really enjoyed. We traveled in a large group ranging from 4 to 74 years old, and everyone had something to do at this place which we liked. The restaurants were varied and all generally very nice, although the concierge level service helped getting reservations as this was a busy time at the property. Our little girl turned 4 and the concierge planned a nice celebration and decorations to make it extra special for her. The only negative I had was the private tour operator they had in the resort Who frankly should be banned as they do not run a professional operation. We were promised something end got something quite different when we booked a boat trip …

+ This was an excellent trip! The staff were ver professional and hospitable. I could not have asked to stay at a better hotel for my first time in the Dominican Republic. Im definitely looking forward to coming back next year for our anniversary!

+ The reservation for dinner was horrible. We had a big group and they couldn’t accommodate to us. The food in the buffet was limited and cold most of the time. The hotel was empty and there were no activities for us to do.
