25th wedding anniversary + Julio was amazing, wonderful pools , clean and relaxing. Some food places were really great , others missed the mark. Main bar advertised top self liquor on the shelf, but will not let you have it.

Bad Experience + My overall experience at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was extremely disappointing and fell far below the expectations I had for a World of Hyatt property. I chose this resort expecting a luxury, all-inclusive experience with excellent hospitality, attentive service, and consistent attention to guests. Unfortunately, my stay did not reflect those expectations, and I left feeling that the experience was not worth what I paid. One of my biggest concerns was the housekeeping and room service. I had to contact the resort multiple times requesting that my room be cleaned and that fresh towels be provided. My minibar was also repeatedly left unstocked, despite this being part of the all-inclusive experience. Basic items and services that should have been routinely handled required repeated requests from me, which became frustrating and took away from my ability to simply relax and enjoy my vacation. As expected + Great time. Beds were not great and a little run down. Also was kind of disappointed in the upgrade they tried to sell...should be all included at an all inclusive. Beach had so much seaweed we didn't get in. But nice place. Great staff.

However, there were several employees who went above and beyond and deserve special recognition for the exceptional service they provided. Aron – Our Butler I would especially like to recognize Aron, our butler, who was truly the best part of our experience. Aron provided us with an amazing experience from beginning to end. He was incredibly attentive, informative, professional, and, most importantly, genuine. His service was honestly some of the best service I have received in a very long time. Beautiful facilities; above average food; ok service. + they could not fit in a pedicure over our 4 day stay after trying to book it the first morning we were there. Room service was incorrect and slow. Butler service is lack luster.

Punta Cana 2026 + Overall had a great time at Secrets Royal Beach. The staff were attentive and super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Being the time of year it was the beach and ocean were filled with seaweed which was a big let down and didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beach. The rooms were nice, a little out dated but they did the job. Bathroom was great, didn’t really care for the glass doors but it’s whatever. Would definitely stay at Secrets Royal beach again!

Fabulous resort + Beautiful resort, clean and well maintained. Excellent restaurant options. Buffets catered a good variety of foods and drinks. I traveled with my sister, cousin, and niece to celebrate my sister’s 37th birthday, and this trip was incredible from start to finish! We stay at all-inclusive Hyatt resorts often, but this trip truly took the cake! We booked the Preferred Club Experience, and it absolutely did not disappoint. A HUGE shoutout to Super D, our butler, who was amazing from beginning to end! We saw her every day, and she always made sure we were having a great time. She booked our Hibachi and spa reservations, checked in on us, laughed and danced with us, and really added something special to our vacation. She was extremely professional while still making us feel like we were there to HAVE FUN! Vibes upon vibes! + My cousins and I stayed at Secrets Royal Beach for a week from the moment we got there to the moment we left, we loved it! The biggest credit to this resort is its staff. The nicest, kindest humans all around, from butlers to entertainment to waiters. The grounds are stunning and theres something to do for everyone. Food quality was lovely and fresh! Im a vegan and was assigned the lovely Fatima who helped me so much to make sure I was well fed all week. Preferred was brilliant. We had Manuel as our butler and he was so helpful and engaging throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for him. We miss him already, great job Manuel!! Unfortunate event + Property itself was wonderful food was good. − Unfortunately, our experience with some of the staff made our stay very uncomfortable. We were four women traveling for a bachelorette trip, and several comments and interactions felt inappropriate and made us feel harassed and unsafe. It affected us to the point that we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the hotel to explore or do tours. It’s unfortunate because the property itself was wonderful, but the way we were treated really impacted our overall experience.
