    Family Vacation (My wife, my 10yr old daughter and I + We had a wonderful experience at Ocean El Faro. The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff made our stay very enjoyable. We were there celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and they helped make it an amazing and truly memorable experience for her. We especially loved the lazy river, nightly shows, and entertainment, which added so much fun to our vacation. A special thank you to Carlos Enrique, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to assist. Carlos truly went above and beyond and is a great asset to the Ocean El Faro team. 10/10 experience! I would definitely recommend Ocean El Faro to families and anyone looking for a fun and memorable vacation. We look forward to returning! − Would have preferred a traditional iron and iron board rather than a steamer or at least have the option to choose but that was minor
