Truly amazing experience + My partner and I went for 4 night and it was the perfect amount of time at this resort. We had the fuego suite with the private rooftop pool and it was perfect for us. Room was amazing, beach was clean, amenities were top class, and the experience was fantastic. Not to mention, the service was also top class. We had a butler named Pedro, and he made sure our stay was the best it could be. For example, we lost one of our phones and he was right on it to find where it was left, and eventually found it at the buffet breakfast. Only downsides would be the distance the resort is from the airport, 45 minutes, but that’s not bad. And the food wasn’t exactly “amazing”, but it still got the job done. For what we paid for, this was truly the best bang for your buck experience and would highly recommend anyone to go if they want to feel like royalty for a week.

Christmas 2025 + This was our third visit to Live Aqua Punta Cana. This resort is beautiful and well maintained. The food is better than many other all inclusive resorts we have visited. We really enjoyed our dinners at Sospiro, and Manuel made our experience there very special. The Christmas Eve themed buffet at Liberi is always very delicious and the atmosphere is very festive. We met Mirian at Liberi, who was very sweet and cheerful every time we saw her. Drinks at the Aqua Club were very good. We really liked the coffee offerings at Cool Fever. The beach service at the Aqua Club this year was not as good as it has been in the past. The small bar that was in the area was not there any more. Service was unfortunately hit and miss. Most of the time while on the beach, we got our drinks by walking up to the Miraflores bar. Transekur. Great travel with Joves Jhon + Joves Jhon from Transekur was a great driver in a Volvo car during our travel from the hotel to the airport. He made sure we got down only after confirming the terminal and flight details. Definitely recommended for travelling tension free.

Great experience with dedicated employees/friends at Live Aqua Punta Cana + I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience at Live Aqua Punta Cana. We spent Christmas week at the resort and it was totally enhanced by two fabulous and hard working employees Salvador and Yohangel. We were greeted with smiles every morning and often a personal greeting at our table. At lunch at Miraflores restaurant they attended to every detail with the same warmth and enthusiasm about our stay. Smerlyn who was our butler in building 5 also made sure of our needs including calendars every day and taking care of restaurant requests we had. Vacations themselves are great and then you meet some special people who make it better.

Good place but they are always trying to upsell or get one to purchase their hotel membership. Wasted 2 hours Of our bac + Wait Ifill and comfortable. Downside: They try and upsell every chance they get. The concierge is just a person trying to sell their product that is similar to a discount membership to hotels that you must pay $12000 for 7 years. They also did not have enough lounge chairs at the beach or main pool and it seemed that this was part of a plan to get people to book their outdoor bed cabanas for $125. This was annoying. We liked the place and staff service otherwise. It looked and felt like a 5 star but the aggressive selling makes it feel like a 3 star.

Honeymoon at Live Aqua + The entire resort was amazing! We went for our honeymoon and our butler was Reynaldo. He did a wonderful job making sure our needs were met, he checked in every day and kept on top of things. Our bartenders were awesome, Pedro was great, Nicaury and Garcia from the concierge were just incredible. We ended up becoming members of the club! In our week stay we had two romantic dinners (Orlando and Francisco were superb!) and two massages! Yaritza and Migsabel were just magical! Jesus from the entertainment team was a great addition to it all. The resort was spotless.

Big prizes come in small packages. + This was my first time at Live Aqua with my travel group of thirty-five. we couldn't have picked a better time to come. Walking into the lobby to check in we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff and a massive beautifully decorated Christmas tree. Being from NY it was weird to see a decorated Christmas tree when it was eighty degrees. I loved the fact that the resort was so easy to navigate. The last place I went to I got lost every day. Everyone in my group has different interests, mine was spending the day laying on the beach. The staff on the beach was fantastic especially Luis Mercedes and Suleiky Tejada, they were so attentive, they got me anything I needed. We loved the restaurants especially the breakfast buffet, the best I've ever seen. To me this resort was a five-star, and we are planning to return very soon.

Beach Concierge’s Benjamin and Josue + This place is amazing and the service was out of this world. The beach concierges , Benjamin and Josue were outstanding. We always had a drink in hand and beach chairs ready for us in the morning. Remember to take lots of $1 bills and be extra with your tipping.

DO NOT BOOK CLUB, it's a useless upgrade. + Let me start by saying that the property in general aesthetically looks fine. Please think twice about upgrading to Club. It is not worth it. Our "butler" Ayrani was useless. We speak fluent Spanish so there was no issue with understanding our requests. Our first day, we asked about booking a restaurant for NYE, and that would be taken care of. The next day we saw her clearly she forgot to make the booking and said she would book us into the French Restaurant as our original l request could not be filled. With her assurance it was taken care of, on NYE we went to the restaurant only to find out she never made the booking. A day later i found her in the Club Lounge and confronted her about that only to be told that the restaurant for NYE was fully booked.
