− They put the playground right between the pool and the view of the volcano. A different location for the playground might have been better..

+ Nous venons de séjourner en famille au Vocalno Lodge. L'accueil à la réception était parfait . Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. La restauration est correcte, une carte plutôt internationale que locale. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est copieux . L'espace thermale est fantastique . Nous avons apprécié les différents espaces de sources chaudes et un petit plus pour les jacuzzis et son bar. La situation de l'hôtel est proche de toutes les activités que La Fortuna peut proposer.

Un endroit pour se ressourcer + Les eaux thermales et les piscines, ainsi que leurs horaires d'ouverture étendus. La nature et le calme. − À noter : Il y a une erreur sur les informations mentionnées sur Booking.com : ce n'est pas possible de se rendre aux parcs environnants aussi rapidement que l'indique ce site ("1 minute à pied pour aller au parc national du volcan" et "3 minutes à pied pour se rendre au parc écologique"). Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a indiqué que la façon la plus rapide de s'y rendre est en voiture/Uber.

Muy bien, volveria + muy buen servicio, la comida de la carta es deliciosa y los termales dentro del hotel definitivamente son un plus . El lugar es silencioso y tranquilo , mucha naturaleza y animales − Todo estuvo bien, solo que, aunque no están mal , las habitaciones se ven un poco viejas , sin embargo, muy limpias y confortables

Gorgeous and comfortable! + Both of my kids got food poisoning right when we arrived. The lovely staff was so kind when I had to call them at midnight to come clean up puke off of our floor. :( And the women who came to clean in the morning took extra care in our space to help us with the situation. The hotel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

חדר מיושן צפוף לצד מתקני ספא נעימים + במלון יש מספר בריכות חמות וג׳קוזי, הבריכה החמה בחדר מעולה − החדר קטן צפוף מיושן ולא מאורר, בארוחת הבוקר היו דבורים שלא איפשרו לאכול, מדובר בתופעה עונתית אבל זה היה בלתי.

Buen desayuno y café + Desayuno muy variado y bueno. El café delicioso. El personal amable. La piscina de agua fría muy bien. La habitación limpia . − El colchón un poco duro y como deformado del lado de mi esposo . No fue la mejor experiencia de descanso.
