+ I loved hot springs and convenience of the property. Rooms need updating, not a lot of place to hang your clothes. Non existent toiletries like bar soap only watered down shampoo in the shower. Cracked tiles in the bathroom.

Quiet, beautiful grounds + We had a could repairs that needed to be done in our room, but they were addressed immediately. The resort has great thermal pools and the staff was very friendly.

They also have options they are willing to help you book for excursions around La Fortuna. My friends and I stayed here for me and my twin’s birthday :). We did have 1 incident where a manager at the restaurant, Juan was not very

+ 3 hours from the airport but we had an amazing time! Hot springs were so relaxing, breakfast buffet was heavenly and the view of the volcano from our room was picture perfect!
