    Not as nice as your typical Banyan. Good view of pearl tower. Service left a lot to be desired. + Clean − The communication with staff here left a lot to be desired. We saved up money and booked a stay here to celebrate our anniversary, as we had seen multiple photos and reviews online of the hotel making special room arrangements for guests for special occasions. I contacted the hotel three times prior to let them know this and they confirmed they would make arrangements for us too. Upon arrival, this was not the case. I informed the front desk and showed them my previous correspondence but no anniversary decorations were in our room when we returned. I provided this feedback to the hotel after our stay and they said the manager would reach out to me via email. It’s been a few weeks now and still haven’t heard anything. I hope the hotel can do better about following through with what they say they will do, because we experienced multiple occasions where this was not the case. Also,…
