Fijn hotel voor een paar dagen in Montreal. + Ruime schone kamers. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een medewerker liep zelf met mij mee naar de parkeerplaatsen, omdat de aangewezen plekken bezet waren. Ontbijt goed. − Het ontbijt is door de weeks maar tot 09:30 uur. De ontbijt ruimte is wat krap voor het aantal mensen. Ook de kleine liften vragen geduld.

Confortável + Recebemos um excelente atendimento na recepção! O atendente que fez o check-in foi muito prestativo e educado! Ficamos gratos e felizes pela simpatia! O hotel é bem localizado. Quarto é amplo, confortável e bem equipado. Limpeza, ok. − Devido à época da nossa estadia, o ambiente onde é servido o café da manhã estava sempre muito congestionado, complicando um pouco a logística para se servir. No entanto, a equipe era eficiente na reposição dos alimentos e na limpeza das mesas. Vale uma observação: pouquíssima variedade de frutas. Poucos elevadores e, além disso, bem pequenos para a quantidade de hóspedes suportada pelo hotel.
