Hotel bien situé, mérite une bonne rénovation pour etre au gout du jour! + La situation géographique Le petit déjeuner buffet à L'Opus café les bouteilles d'eau gratuites à demander à la réception − Salle de bains à rénover: enlever le bidet, remplacer la baignoire par une douche! Chambre communicante mal isolée phoniquement

Comfortable and very accommodating staff. + Staff were great and very helpful from reception to vary parking do everything they can to help. Everytime I stay staff has alway been great. − For what you pay to stay the rooms and getting run down. Still fine but for cost would expect more and need an update. I was in 2 different rooms recently and both times same thing. I’ve been coming for at least 10 years at your hotel many times and rooms used to be better which would be fine if rates to stay weren’t that high.

Gracias Juan!! − Nos gustó todo. Está al lado del Mont Royal, pero para visitar el centro histórico hay que andar unos 20 minutos

+ The Omni team were responsive to my pre-booking questions and I appreciated their flexibility in accommodating the changing needs of our family. It was a very busy weekend at the hotel and the staff were courteous and professional. The added bonus of being able to secure the reservation while also not paying until the end of the stay was very helpful!

Hotel is falling apart. + Location was central to McGill campus and downtown core. − Air conditioner was loud and broken. When asked for assistance from the front desk, they sent up someone who examined the issue and stated nothing could be done essentially since the motor was already running on low. Long-story short, air conditioner went out during the night. The handyman also found the bathroom lock was broken, and fixed it. Room was in rough shape.
