Struttura molto bella e un contesto unico al mondo + Sicuramente il contesto è eccezionale la struttura è di un certo Charme. La possibilità di visitare le cascate fuori dall’orario in cui ci sono i turisti e’ qualcosa di unico − Sinceramente, avrei preferito ci fosse un pochino più di privacy e di tranquillità, per quanto riguarda l’organizzazione della piscina. Purtroppo, il fatto che i bambini i neonati le famiglie non abbiano uno spazio dedicato rovinano un pochino l’atmosfera con urla e schiamazzi. Con quello spazio e il costo dell’hotel poteva essere fatta una piscina un pochino più piccola per i bambini e comunque una zona dedicata. Anche la sala Palestra assolutamente inadeguata alla struttura in termini di dimensioni e disponibilità attrezzi. Non possono esserci solo 2-3 tappetini a disposizione.

Aparte de la ubicación privilegiada DENTRO del parque natural de las cátaras de Iguazú lo que permite disfrutarlas de una manera única, el hotel, la atención, sus servicios y la comida, son de altísima calidad. A magnificent hotel reflecting the magnificence of the falls. + The location of this hotel is magnificent and sets the benchmark for the hotel. The hotel reached this benchmark though it’s design, layout and feel, through it’s attentive staff and unbeatable breakfast, through it’s stylish and inviting facilities leaving me the guest satisfied and beyond. − The only criticism of the property was it’s communication to the incoming guest. This needs to be improved at the point of entry with a longer time on the welcome drink and a more extensive walk round the hotel. Key would be a piece of written material about the pool, gym, champagne sunset drinks, afternoon cake, walks around the falls and the location of shops/gym - we missed out on some of these as we only found out in passing.

All the stories about this hotel are true; it really is that great! + Absolutely perfect location, amazingly friendly and service-minded staff across all functions and levels, stunning views, awesome wildlife experiences on hotel grounds, great facilities of all kinds, and very delicious restaurants. − It was hard getting in contact with the concierge desk before we arrived - but after arrival, everything was handled just as professionally as everything else.
