Love Bermuda. Hotel has shortcomings. + Location. Staff. Near some good beaches. − This is more of a timeshare development than a hotel and is undergoing more development. As the main beach and ‘ocean’ pool were out of action it showed up the overall lack of public space and facilities for guests.

Disappointed + Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful beaches. Central location − I was very disappointed. I booked an ocean front room. It was an obstructed ocean view blocked by overgrown shrubbery and a very small balcony . When I moved to a new room on the second day it also had an obstructed view by a wall. None of these views were shown on the website or booking.com. It was definitely a bait and switch. The glass bathroom with no door on the toilet was also awkward. The room furniture was water damaged

Best view hotel + We stayed in room 411 and the view was remarkable. Private. Comfy bed (pull out couch just ok tho). Clean. Restaurant on site. Good food, local ingredients, but service is very slow. Nice pools, especially the ocean salt water pool. Good housekeeping service. Beach was lovely. There is an elevator that takes you closer to the beach which reduces steps. We were given a bottle of prosecco to celebrate birthdays which was appreciated. − Surprisingly, TVs did not have streaming services. Friendly but very slow service in restaurant. At this price point, there should be free unlimited bottled water and coffee (not just what is in the room). Pull out couch was just ok (not suitable for adult sleeping). At times, the salt water pool bar was unattended so no drink/food service was availalble which was inconvenient.

Paradise. + The view. The water. The beach. The pool. Really unbelievable. − Pull-out couch in our suite was not comfortable. Ceiling fans in both rooms were dirty. Grass area in adjacent suite was not groomed. Small things but for the price of the stay they should not be overlooked.

+ The views are great − The food options were limited. I also think there were differences in check in between my friend and I. Some people get offered a welcome drink while others don’t. My water in my room wasn’t refilled. Or some toiletries.

Amazing location + The view is unbeatable, the beach has crystal clear blue water. Many pool options, the restaurant is great, the food and cocktails are delicious, the staff is nice.

Very comfortable and very relaxing. An easy place to recharge your batteries. + I liked the very premium feel to the hotel, particularly that even though fully booked, it didnt seem crowded at all. I had lots of space and facilities across the hotel to enjoy a relaxing stay. − I thought for the price, that tea's and coffee's should be complimentary. I also think that while the food was good, the menu was very small. I'd expect more choice in a hotel at this level. I also had intermittent WiFi towards the far end of the sunlounger area. Not great I'd have thought 100mb wifi would be standard.

Excellent visit. Staff at all levels were well trained and friendly. − Hooks in bathroom for robes, clothes would help. Elevators to room levels for luggage and older guests are needed.

Wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary! + Beautiful. Extremely quiet. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Steps to beach were easily handled, unless you have a physical problem with stairs. We would stay there again….definitely!! − All very good.
