Würde nicht mehr Buchen + War Sauber und hatte eine Tolle Lage. An der Rezeption sehr netter Empfang. − Waren im Restaurant Essen im unteren , Ich Persönlich fand den Kellner Sehr Arrogant, Hatte im Prinzip Verloren als ich nach einem Bier Fragte. Es Gibt dort kein Bier und Auch kein Schwein zu Essen. Das Ist alles Nicht Schlimm nur das ab da der Kellner sich sehr von Oben Herunter verhalten hat.

+ المكان جميل جدا اطلاله على الجبل والتلفريك المكان نظيف والديكور والفرش مبين جديد الموظفين متعاونين ودودي − اول ماجينا سخان الماي مبين مسخن فيه حليب ومكسور طلبنا تبديله بدله بخربان ثاني كلمتهم مره ثانيه رجعوا نفس الخربان الي فيه الحليب الباب مافي حديده قفل من الداخل اذا مب موجود عادي التنظيف يدخل الغرفه الا اذا حطيت عدم الازعاج زباله الحمام وانتوا بكرامه مكسوره الشراشف فيها مزرفه ماتتغير وقت التنظيف بس يعيدون ترتيبها على العلم حاجزه 5 ليالي الفطور والعشا مكشوفين ذبان والحشرات تتمشى اذا خلص بسبت المقيمين فيه جاو قبلك بنص ساعه خلاص راحت عليك الصج ندمت اخذت عندهم الوجبات التكاسي صعب يجونك على الجبل والسيارات السياحيه يا تصير جاي بسيارتك يالتروح

+ Die Lage war gut ,Badezimmer war auch gut − Spa und Wellness war geschlossen ,hatten es wegen diesem gebucht ,wäre in einem anderen Hotel möglich gewesen aber nur gegen Aufpreis von 20 € pro Person und pro Tag ,kein Angebot ist halt so ,kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer in den anderen schon ,ist halt so ,Nachtkästchen nur auf einer Seite des Bettes, ist halt so ,auf dem Balkon keine Sitzmöglichkeit ,ist halt so ,kein entgegenkommen ist halt so Save hättest du einfach mitnehmen können keine Befestigung im Schrank...könnte noch einige Sachen aufzählen keine Lust mehr ....ist halt so

Breathtaking stay in the Bjelaśnica mountain of Bosnia + Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Breathtaking mountain views from our rooms. Kind, courteous and friendly staff. Particularly Emina at reception who was very helpful in organising and managing our stay, Erna from the restaurant who served us with a lovely welcome and Kenan, the sales manager who went above and beyond to organise our Lukomir village visit up in the mountain. They all made themselves available for any support needed and always there for a friendly chat. − The fitness centre and spa was not open even though it was advertised as being available. Breakfast didn’t have many options and items served was the same every day. Food needed to be covered as there were many flies around. Fruits served were not fresh. Tap water is free but any other hot/cold drinks and ice cream is extra charge during lunch and dinner times. No complimentary water bottles and tea/coffee items given on our first night of stay.

Mai più + Location − Cena misera e costosa. Avevo prenotato una doppia con letti singoli e mi sono ritrovato una camera con letto matrimoniale. Ho reclamato e ci hanno dato due camere. Dopo un'ora circa ci hanno tolto le due camere e messi in singola con letti separati! Praticamente abbiamo dovuto fare un doppio trasloco senza che nessuno della staff ci aiutasse.
