+ The hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff, cleanliness, rooms, spa facilities and restaurants were 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel: you won't be disappointed. They go out of their way to provide everything you need. They made us breakfast boxes because we were leaving at 4am in the morning. − Nothing

− Je tiens à vous faire part de mon mécontentement concernant la partie bien-être de l'établissement. En effet, les prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur : l'eau du spa n'était pas chauffée eau très froide et le sauna était hors service. Pas de proposition de massage non plus Je tiens toutefois à saluer l'amabilité du personnel. Mention spéciale au réceptionniste aux cheveux gris, dont l'accueil et la serviabilité ont été irréprochables.

− عند مشاهدة الصور لأول مره تظن أن الطبيعه تحاوطك من كل مكان وتظن أن النهر من تحت الفندق…وهو لايتحاوز حديقه صغيره..ونهر مختلط برائحه الكبريت وروائح غير جيده..فقط أخذ شهره عشان سكانه خليجيه وفي خيارات افضل وبوسط السنتر وبنص السعر…تعليقي على موقع الفندق وليس العاملين

فندق ممتاز للراحة لكن يعيبه قليلاً الموقع وقلة الخدمات المجاورة + الفندق ممتاز من ناحية النظافة وتعامل جميع طاقم الفندق، الانترنت سرعته جيدة ليس سريع جداً ولا بطيء لكن سرعة جيدة، الغرف واسعة والسرير مريح جداً، العزل الصوتي جيد لكن ممكن يكون افضل، الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ ووقت الإفطار مناسب − الموقع ليس مثالي، صحيح أنه قريب من المطار ومناسب لمن يحبون الراحة والبعد عن ضجيج المدن لكن هناك قلة في توفر الخدمات بالقرب من الفندق ويجب المشي مسافة ليست بسيطة للوصول للمنطقة الأخرى التي توفر الخدمات، المنظر على النهر كان مخيب جداً بسبب جفافه والروائح الكريهة التي تصدر بالقرب منه، الحدائق المجاورة كذلك كانت عادية وليست جميلة بقدر التوقعات
