Fantastic, comfortable, enjoyable. + Location was fantastic, overlook Surfers Paradise Beach. Walking distance to bar, clubs, pubs, Cavill Ave. Central locations. Beds super comfy. Very clean. Staff always happy to accommodate needs. We have stayed here numerous times and always return. This is our go to hotel in Surfers Paradise. − If I had to pick something Towel rail was broken but fixable.

Clean lovely room bed little firm, but that’s a personal choice, no spare blanket in the water would’ve been good cause + Good − Noisy as in traffic , I was on the 33 floor

Great spot with decent amenities. + Breaky included and open till 10:30 on weekends. Ocean view with balcony was wonderful . Location was fantastic , free late checkout on request was appreciated. − Cold bright lighting on bedside tables, internet wasn’t working.

Almost missed my flight due to a mistake made by the staff during check out. + check in was amazing. staff was very helpful. he confirmed all the details of my booking - that it was already paid for and noticed i had a car and asked if i wanted to pay for parking. gave me all the details and got a staff to measure the truck to see if it would be able to use the car park then charged me accordingly. − check out staff charged my card when it was prepaid so i was double charged for the room. the disappointing part about this is there was no communication at all from the staff while checking out. she did not confirm any details, only the license plate of our truck, barely a word from her and when i reached the carpark i get a notification that my card had been charged. i had to go back to reception to get this sorted and was advised the refund will take about 3-5 business days. took up almost half an hour and had to rush to the airport for my flight. just so unprofessional! a rookie mist…

Okay, good location but nothing special. + Location − Organisation and staff The room provided was good. However reception were disorganised, didn't have the room we had booked, tried to give us a room that did not meet out needs and when they eventually did allocate us a room (almost an hour after we tried to check in) the made a big deal implying they had given us an upgrade when in fact it was the level of room and view that we had booked and already paid for! The room itself had everything required but it was really dated and tired and repairs needed. It didn't feel special. Hotel information provided in the room was really bad and it took a lot of investigation to figure out if they even had a restaurant or where it was. Communication was poor. Generally, the hotel was overpriced for the facilities and service provided.
