+ the location is amazing, 2 minute walk from the cascades and there are a lot of museums around. the staff were genuinely very helpful and professional. − i think if there were breakfast included that would have been the perfect stay.

Одно лишь расположение не оправдывает цену + Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал; Отличное местоположение − Очень маленький и тесный номер; Смешной маленький чайник на полторы кружки; Общая неустроенность в номере: разваленный диван с вылезшими саморезами (см фото), текущий кран или слив в ванной (когда чистишь зубы то вода бежит на пол), паутина на потолке; Отсутствие микроволновки (это субъективно конечно); Отсутствие парковки

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. + Nothing at all − We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel in Yerevan. Unfortunately, the experience was far below what we expected from a supposed 4-star hotel. There was water leaking throughout the bathroom, and the bathroom had a strong sewage/canalization smell. The hairdryer also did not work. When we informed the staff, instead of taking responsibility and solving the problems, we were blamed for them. The manager was particularly unfriendly and made us feel as though the issues were somehow our fault. We were told that the problems would be fixed, but nothing was properly resolved. When we mentioned that we would report the issues to Booking.com, the situation became even more unpleasant. We were then blamed for the broken hairdryer and were even told that we might have to pay for it. The room was also not properly cleaned, and the bedsheet was dirty and had a hole in it. + В отеле работает хороший и понимающий персонал. Воспитанные и гостеприимные люди, стремящиеся обеспечить комфорт гостей. Отель удачно расположен к Каскаду в тихой улочке. Обстановка в номере — отличный вариант, чтобы отдохнуть от насыщенного туристического дня. Также понравилась концепция с названиями номеров: каждый из них посвящен одной из древних столиц Армении, а в самом номере есть картины и фото с этим городом − Иногда подводил WiFi
