+ I liked the overall organization of hospitality and the services provided. All the staff was friendly and has shown a great awareness on what a guest may need. − Can't say I didn't like anything, however not including the breakfast in services is kinda unconvenient for me. Also the iron provided was a bit dirty so it has left some marks on my white shirt, but that was solely my fault.

+ I arrived very early in the morning due to my plane arriving late. The staff greeted me friendly, i could immediately go to breakfast, take a shower and get some rest before checking out at lunch. It was great! − besides the AC being a little too cold for my liking everything was fine.

Te sentirás muy bien acogido + Muy bien ubicado y el personal muy atento y amable. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y el baño muy amplio. El desayuno muy bueno y bastante variedad. − La moqueta en las habitaciones y pasillos necesitaría un cambio por ser muy antigua. El horario de los desayunos no es muy claro, varía con cada día y si planteas horarios de rutas en función de los desayunos puedes llevarte sorpresas.

В целом, претензий я не имею, впечатление хорошее, буду рекомендовать этот отель своим знакомым. + Завтрак хороший. Были кое-какие недостатки/поломки в номере, обращение на ресепшен решило проблемы. Расположение отличное, до Каскада и Оперы рукой подать, да и Площадь Республики в пешей доступности, метро близко. Персонал приветливый и улыбчивый. − Стоило бы добавить еще парочку видов кофе в кофе-машину, завтрак с 8-ми - это поздно.

La situation de l'hôtel est très pratique pour accéder aux principaux intérêts touristiques de la ville. − Décoration désuète. Accueil impersonnel.
