I think my trip would have been better if the customer service had been better, and the food selection had been better. + It property was nice and very clean. The property was in a good area. The house keeper was wonderful! The people in the spa were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. A few of the restaurants workers were friendly (Jenene) I think is her name. She was very friendly. The lady at the bar ( I can’t remember her name) she was happy and loved what she was doing. She happened to tell us that she was originally from Jamaica. These Are the ones who made our trip nice. − I didn’t like the fact that we had a Butler that didn’t do his job! We saw other people’s Butler’s helping them, I asked mine for extra hangers and never got them. I went to the coffee shop and had been in there for about 2 seconds and the lady asked me what I wanted, I told her she asked me if that was all and was rude, and when I looked shocked, she asked me if there was a problem. Very relaxing and great scenery along with great food + I liked the property and it’s location. The food was so amazing!!!! One thing you are going to do is eat real good here!! Every restaurant including the buffets are top tier!! − We paid for diamond club access and I will say it’s not worth it honestly. You are promised top shelf alcohol during your stay with diamond club and everyone on the resort is drinking the same thing. To make matters worst they are actually refilling Don Julio bottles with other liquor to make it look full. We witnessed that with our own eyes and it’s very distasteful and very dangerous as well, not to mention how unsanitary it is. Wouldn’t recommend getting diamond club and definitely bring your own liquor

i enjoyed the stay the staff were all nice people + I enjoyed all meals at the resort but there was an issue with the fire alarm constantly flashing in the night. − The quick rinsing of the glasses at the bar once the glasses ran out

Bungalows over the water are amazing + We loved our over the water bungalow . It was amazing ! Our butler Errolson was excellent ! The room was always clean thanks to Stephanie. The front desk staff is good But we had some issues with our booking. Mandy and Shanika were very helpful. The food is ok , the drinks are better if you're in Diamond club rooms. The service is ok. Entertainment is good. The beach is excellent ! We loved our bungalow so much we stayed 2 extra days. We spent most of our day in our pool and in the water. − They need better management. Service is very slow and they should be more attentive. We had issues with our booking. They over booked our bungalow and it was very unprofessional.

My expectations were higher than what I got but overall it's a decent resort. + Staff is friendly, vibe team and activities were good. − Room service is poor & menu options very limited. App associated with booking dinner and rental reservations isn't reliable.

Was good would go back. + The buffet food was good even though they should have had more of a selection. My butlers were amazing Jim and Michael always made sure I had everything i needed. The bartenders Kourtney, Ashley and Elas were so much fun. I would ho back for them. − They always ran out of stuff. Food, liquor. How do you run out of top shelf when we paid for diamond club.
