very relaxing and comfortable and well looked after by all the staff + the style and decor access to the beach very friendly and helpful staff − minor points but no bar waiter in the evenings lack of atmosphere in the evenings

Caribbean paradise and we will be back . + Loved everything , location , beach , sea, accom , and most importantly the people were outstanding. − Only that in an all inclusive the dinner food can become a little repetitive. However tje quality of the food and wine was good .

They truly pride themselves on making your stay memorable and it really shows. From the waiters to the managers to the housekeepers, they are all so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay a one of a kind experience. − Nothing

+ The team/staff at Keyonna Beach were always willing to go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable. Even going off menu and letting us stay in room later then checkout time. − The mosquito issue, I know its hard to control. It was annoying, but didnt affect how wonderful it was.

Great stay. We are coming back next year! + Great beach location. Loved not having to "fight" for a place to sit. Food was excellent. Bar service at the beach was also fantastic with top shelf liquor and fantastic service. Tevin and Deon at the beach were the best ever! − My only suggestion would be to keep the landscaping up a little better but we loved the place and understand the drought can be challenging. Lunch and dinner waiters were inconsistent.
