+ Everything was nice, a slice of paradise. Staff very nice, and a more intimate hotel boutique style which I like.

Relaxing, but could be better. + The location is fabulous but outside of the resort there’s not much around which was ok for us as we wanted a relaxing holiday. It’s a lovely boutique hotel set on a beautiful beach with 2 pools. All inclusive meals were provided in a single à la carte restaurant with a choice of dishes - it was the highlight of the holiday, always delicious. − If you didn’t book directly through the hotel you aren’t given the best overall service level - ie, room type/location, access to cliff side facilities, mini-bar. This was hugely more expensive and not value for money. Our room was a semi-detatched plunge pool villa (R1) at the top of the resort hill from which you could hear a noisy water purification plant 24/7. I didn’t even know these rooms existed before we arrived. They may have moved us if we had complained, but we actually didn’t spend much time in the villa and once the doors were closed all you could hear was the air conditioning unit (and the tree fr…

Thank you so much for this Vacation lovely Cocobay Team :)

Great time… just work on a few things. + Staff was awesome !! − Never enough beach towels resort always ran out of beach towels very stingy . Same with bottled water they never replaced water in the room and when you would ask for it the waster was not cold. When coming off the beach to rinse off you hade to walk on sand again to go to the pool or to the resort really stupid set up same with having to get beach towels.

Wonderful resort! + Love the atmosphere and the staff! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a good all inclusive and adult only location. At any one time there are only maximum 130 people staying here. There are plenty of amenities. I never felt like I had to wait for a cabana or a pool to swim in our beach space. The food is delicious! I love that they have a different menu everyday. It might be helpful to some that they had staple food options daily. I can't eat seafood but I had options to choose from everyday. I'm already recommending this location to others! − Bugs biting me but couldn't be helped

Relaxing Holiday + Great location, relaxing with a choice of 2 pools and steps to the beach which is excellent. The cottages have a partial sea view, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony. We did not have a plunge pool, those that do are closer to the sea. We chose GARDEN ROOM and coffee delivery was chargeable. Staff were all friendly, except 2, and very relaxed approach. Food - it was great not to have a buffet but sometimes the choice was limited and portions small but you can order extra. Good choice of spirits and cocktails. Overall I would say if you’re looking for a totally chilled holiday this is great − Some small downsides to the hotel. The cottages were rustic but somewhat dated. The house wine was poor, you could buy a bottle of wine but we didn’t know this until near the end and with only 1 restaurant food choice was limited. You can access and pay for the independent Sheer Rocks restaurant which is a lovely setting. There are options such as Cliffside for lunch and pr…
