+ The hotel was more beautiful in person than I imagined. Great professionalism, attention to detail and great hospitality. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast in the morning had everything you can think of and want. My daughter enjoyed her stay as well. I will definitely be back and booking again with Media Rotana. Thank you for making my first trip to Dubai a memorable one.

+ I have stayed several times. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast service is good and they are efficient with service. I wasn’t feeling well for a few days and the hotel went out of there way to send breakfast to my room Normal taxis are generally available easily but the hotel have their own which a lady tries to make you take which are more expensive so it’s a little embarrassing to refuse. I would recommend this hotel most definitely as it gives you all you need. Spacious clean rooms, a good breakfast at a very reasonable price.

+ Not as good as another Rotana I’ve stayed at, but clean and comfortable. Expedia list this hotel as having an airport shuttle available on request, but it doesn’t. There is a shuttle to the beach and local shopping malls, but this can be difficult to use as drop off and collection points not signed and no location on shuttle schedule..

+ very clean, approachable and professional staff, immediate attention to remedy problems if any, rooms are very nice and comfortable. Loved the bed, super comfy. beautiful SPA . Was able to book a few tours and they were all good tours. having hotel transportation to the malls and the beach was a bonus.

+ Very poor operations, humiliating to bring executive guests to the property. Said they’d get their quote lounge available. Then just before my guests arrived couldn’t keep up their end of the offer. Let me get humiliated in front of my CEO guests as they could put some minor food and beverage charges to my room. 🙄
