A clean and comfortable stay, but overall quite average compared to the high rating and expectations + On the positive side, the room was clean, neat, and well maintained. They also provided a sufficient number of cots and beds to comfortably accommodate our family, which we really appreciated. − However, the in-room amenities were quite minimal. Apart from drinking water and coffee, there wasn’t much provided in the room. Even basic items such as slippers and dental kits had to be requested by calling the reception. We had to call separately for different requirements, which was a little inconvenient. Normally, I would expect these basic amenities to be readily available in the room, especially for a hotel with this rating. The swimming pool and gym were also quite small, and overall the facilities felt fairly basic compared with what I had expected based on the reviews and rating.

+ Location and breakfast was good. − Sheets weren't clean, wear and tear in room, housekeeping didn't clean 1 connected room nor changed the towels which were left on the floor.

No bathtub- the photo on their reference lies + The pool are nice with nice and friendly staff there. The breakfast are delicious and options are quite a lot. Staff are ok... − The receptionist are not ok.... The manager as well are very arrogant..... The room they have provided doesn't have any bathtub but the photos when we booked shows it has. And when we ask for the for it they are even blaming us that we didn't request a room for bathtub that it should be requested ahead of time. I felt like being scammed by these arrogant people.. no tissues found in the whole room aside from 1 roll in the toilet... The bed has a chocolate marks when we entered the room means its not really cleaned properly. I will never recommend this place and will never book again in this hotel.... No slippers ...

Hôtel parfait pour votre séjour à Dubaï ! + L’hôtel est très agréable. Il est très bien situé près de tout. Le personnel était au top. La chambre était assez grande et propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel si vous venez à Dubaï !
