+ I wish I had room to be cleaned everyday as we stayed 5 days . The staff were nice but when I asked the hair dryer to be fixed , the dryer was left not fixed and the shower temperature was quite low .So I felt cold . Hope the shower and dryer will be fixed for next customer. Thanks

+ Hotel was very nice. A bit of a challenge finding the valet parking, but otherwise perfect for heading out to the Dubai 7’s. The main issue was the VIP access was pretty much worthless. They wouldn’t upgrade the room - even though they were still offering the next room level up on their website. The restaurants worth going to are not affiliated with the hotel. Staff were nice.

+ Yet again a wonderful stay, staff are the one of the best I have encountered. Roland in concierge and team, Raj in housekeeping was exceptional, Rajeev and team as always exceptional at breakfast with all the guest and of course front desk. All work with a smile and no matter what pressures are placed on them, they go the extra mile. Great hotel, great amenities, location works. Don’t hesitate in booking, I have stayed in a few on this stretch, this is the best.

+ Located in Sheikh Zaid Road surrounded by all the important facility you might need like metro stations, restaurants, banks and other. The hotel stuff are amazing

+ The hotel is a little bit too old and some of the amenities are out of order. During my stay, there were once 5 little flies in the sink coz the lights were not turned off. I am not too afraid of insects yet it’s still disturbing. And it took me a long time to check out coz they have to arrange someone to check if u used anything from the minibar although I paid deposit. Not to mention that I dun understand why the city tax was not charged once we checked in instead deposit of the tax (?) charged on check in and I have to pay the tax when left. It took me so long to check out, nearly 20 mins. Bad experience for the last moment :(

+ Excellent service and hospitality but the rooms seriously need repairs and updating. Water damage to walls visible. Locks broken. TV wires visible under wall mounts. Stone tiles chipped and stained. Mirror cabinet doors will not close flush. Glass doors are water stained. Five star service but not five star rooms.
