+ The property looked gorgeous and has many amenities. The staff was professional, welcoming, and helpful in every way. I have stayed in another One and Only property many years ago and the experience was phenomenal. Therefore, once I was aware that there was another property in Dubai, I booked it. The property and service was impeccable and was a great experience!

It's a good location near some important places you can visit. all personal already to help with anything you need. My room with gorgeous view to burj Khalifa tower and downtown city

+ My experience at One & Only Zaabeel was wonderful. Everything was perfect, the Staff, the spacious room, the ambience, the breakfast & just absolutely everything. The place was sometimes (not always) a bit smelly, but they tried to compensate that with a fabulous set of perfumes & diffusers. Definitely worth a try. Will come back again.

+ Lovely room, very comfortable bed, tricky lights (never did master the bathroom lights) superb breakfast, really excellent and lovely service especially from Vishwas. The only thing that let it down was the appalling checking in system which took an hour and staff were incompetent and lacking empathy

+ Amazing building and rooms. Grand Za’abeel room is stunning - beautiful bathtub the size of a plunge pool! Incredible Burj Khalifa view. Staff is kind, warm, professional and execute with grace and humour. Stunning shared areas. The lobby, the hallways, and the views feel luxurious with beautiful modern design. Link is a landmark in itself. A wonderful and gorgeous place to stay!!

+ I have been staying at One&Only resorts for over 20 years and have always had exceptional experiences. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the usual standard. The service was very poor from the start. On arrival, there was little attention to detail, and throughout my stay, staff seemed unorganized and inattentive. At breakfast, I waited over 30 minutes just to receive a drink. One of the biggest disappointments was that the rooftop pool was closed — something I was not informed about when I booked. The property itself is beautiful and very clean, but overall, the lack of service and unavailable facilities made for a disappointing stay.
