+ The location was great, management very good, gardens and areas around the complex was great, wasn’t the unit we were shown in the booking but was still ok the one we had. We had a few issues with our apartment and power at some stages but overall it was ok.

It's very comfortable stay, roomy, positive feeling both when awake and sleeping., cooking, eating a + Reception is pretty accommodating and nice to communicate with, very approachable indeed. − Just quite old, needs a bit of make over, otherwise, the setting feels like home.

Position was great and comfortable. + Location was great and price reasonable. Was able to get in earlier then booking, so was great for us. − A little run down being age of apartment, but was ideal for us.

The overall stay was average + Very close to the beach, and many places to eat. − The car park was very small and tight. It was a struggle to get in and out. The bedrooms also had no A/C.

It was ok for our last 2 days. + Location wise it was good. Close proximity to everything we were doing & needed. − The room we had was a 3 bedroom. The size was big rooms upstairs & living area & kitchen downstairs. It was very old & a few broken things when we got into the room. The smell when we first walked in wasn’t very pleasant. Coffee & sugar seem to be old & hadn’t been changed in ages. Or at least hadn’t been swapped out for new ones. The aircon was dripping water out of it when we turned it on. Needs an upgrade but overall it was ok. Cost was not worth it.

+ Good location,near the beach ane the train station surfers paradise,onlt to ealk 2 minutes. There is a suna , jacuzzi pool. It's interesting. Because of the Xmas holidays,no staff on duty, but they give me very clear information how to take the key. Little to improve is no conditioner(they have shampoo Nd bath gel),no kettle.when I ask for the staff,they only reply here is appartment ,it is no hotel.I feel so stange . The kettle is important for the house, whatever the apartment or the hotel.The answer is felt impolite. − No kettle no hsir conditioner

Horrid, uninviting, dirty, dangerous, + The guy running the property is an absolute fraudster, they literally had tenants in our room until we arrived, we checked out the next day the room was that bad, where do I start, there was mould, stains on the blinds that resembled a murder scene, half eaten jelly in the fridge, doors that could not be locked, and the room smelt putrid − Everything

great location but property is not well maintained + The apartment had good facilities but not all where in working order − We booked for 2 beds, yet there was linen for only one bed, and i had to make it myself (after purchasing my own linen as they did have any) Kitchen oven and microwave were not clean The fan lights (lounge and bedroom) were not working and although it was reported on first day, none came to fix it. We had to use the other rooms light to see in the bedroom and the lounge room (where we had the sofa bed) pool hours were to 9pm, but cleaner closed the heated pool at 8pm (locking doors)

Worst experience with a hotel ever + Nothing − No communication from the property, locked gate, reception locked up, no response to calls or emails despite arriving as stated at 2pm. Had to book elsewhere last minute as we were on a timeline. Got a key code over an hpur later, no apologies or explanation. The alternative hotel was so much nicer and nearly half the price. Copacabana is overpriced and terrible service.

+ Location is accessible − There is no a/c in the bedrooms. The ceiling fan is creating a noise we can't sleep properly. No handwash in th common toilet. In the kitchen no handwash and dishwashing. For the bed if they can change the bed in atleast King single too small for a tall person.
