+ Balcony, bathrooms, view, size of apartment, location. − Mattress was terrible in master bedroom. Tv in master bedroom stopped working, unable to be fixed. Apartment had lots of dust.

Disappointing. Keep it for the schoolies revellers + Not much − These are older apartments. Bathrooms are pretty gross, old and not cleaned well. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy. This is essentially a schoolies type of apartment and down the end of Surfers you don’t really want to be walking around - not for me.

快適 + スタッフがとても親切だった。午前中に到着したところ、部屋の準備が出来てるからと早々使用させてもらえた。駅が近くて交通の便が良かった。洗剤等も用意があったので、自宅にいるように快適だった。5人家族だと通常のホテルは何かと不便なので、コンドミニアム的なお部屋だと快適でリーズナブルに滞在ができた。 − 設備のメンテナンスがイマイチで、食洗機がキレイになかなかったり、乾燥機のタイマーが動かなくて自分で気づいて止めないといけなかった点。
