Pleasant + Very supportive owner and courteous staff , good veg food. Absolutely clean bathroom and clean room The scenery from canteen was fabulous. − Not value for money, it's costly. Must reduce cost and include breakfast. The marketing team support was pathetic, seems like remote office in Gujrat!! Please contact owner for any queries, he's very supportive Its Bhovwli and not Nainital. The location is 15/17 km from Nainital, Mall road: 35 mins (regulartraffic) to 1 hour (heavy traffic)

The stay was good value for money. + The rooms were neat and tidy and nicely constructed. Rooms facing the valley were big and very nice. Should have booked valley facing room rather than road facing.

Poor + Only location which was in main road − Nothing was good about hotel. How booking.com got him 9.2 rate I don't know. Price was too high for it. Hotel staff didn't provide us room slipper nor told the room service about room phone number. I would rate this hotel 3 in the category. The room provided to us not the valley view. The lights of the room are very dim, they have used zero power bulb which is consider as night bulb. The hotel didn't have electronic swipe machine for payment and they forced to do cash payment. Which is unethical. They refused to give bill and told that booking.com will give us bill. I would recommend to never book this hotel as it is not worth. Total waste of money.

Superb + Location of the hotel. − Rescheduling the trip due to an emergency costed me more the actual cost. It was a 2 day trip bue to an emergency, I had to cut it short for a day. Ideally, hotel should have charged me for 1 day but entire advance amount was deducted.
