Extremely disappointing! + NA − The villa shown in the picture is not an actual villa! it’s two small rooms together with 1 washroom which didn’t have a bath tub. extremely overpriced. the beds had really old sunken mattresses. the linen was dirty. not adequate blankets. the rooms were not aired and smelled of mould. dark and dingy and stuffy. the sheets were smelling of mould. we had to ask the staff to freshen up the rooms again. extremely disappointing. they also tried to charge us extra at the time of checkout.

Clean, Comfortable and Good homemade Food with amazing view and weather. + the food and location. one can have the clear view of Bhimtal from the terrace. The staff is caring − Lack of parking facility and the road that leads to the property, could be problematic for big SUVs (a patch in between)

Exceptional property to stay. + Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall property was awesome. host was hospitable and very polite. Food quality was good and quantity was exceptional and too much compared to other place experiences. Nicely designed interiors and has everything required inside for any season you visit. View from the property is soo satisfying. − Bit away some miles from the city centre but once you reach, it worth it and you will like to stay inside property much more time adjusting your other plans.

Great view and nice staff but innacurate description and dirty + The staff was kind and attentive, the views from the terrace were amazing. − When we came at 10pm at night we discovered that 1. all the linen on our beds were dirty, 2. this is not a private villa. There are rooms and there's a common space, supposedly we had a whole floor to ourselves, but it was just a common area anyone could enter, no door or anything (just a door to the room). And indeed the staff have a stirage room upstairs and they kept coming up to use it. Also the toilets and sinks were filthy.
