Decent basic room in good location on Leith Walk + Right next to a bus stop and numerous cafes.

+ Nice room and shorts distance from central Edinburgh. Easy check-in. − Very hard beds that you felt the springs in. A bit pricey for the acommodations, but I guess that's just Edinburgh prices.

Wouldn’t stay here again. + It was a good location. − Room door didn’t lock from the inside. Had trouble getting in the coded doors. Communication was terrible. Mattress was beyond the end of its life. Shortage of sockets. Shower temperature was temperamental

Very pleased with this place - would book again! + Spacious, bright, airy room. Straightforward access. Very close to tram, just a few minutes from the heart of both New and Old Towns and Leith for e.g. Royal Yacht Britannia.
