+ Hotel accommodated our request for room close to elevator …also appreciated to breakfasts and the very friendly staff − Hot tub closing too early and small pool towels

It was not a pleasant stay I left without staying the second night but paid both nights at much higher rate. Holiday inn + Location to where my meetings were at was convenient − Upon arrival , the suite I paid for had sewage backup. After I called front desk, the only option I had was wait for it to be cleaned to . The smell was too much to bear, they downgraded my room from king suite room to a smaller room. The front desk waived 20 dollar breakfast charge but no return of price difference of the room I booked to where I stayed was offered.

It suited my needs. + Breakfast was good. The location was convenient. − The room (211) was missing a blind to make the room dark. The only blind let a significant amount of light in. I had 2 different reservations that were back to back, and it was not easy to stay in the same room. But eventually it worked out so I could keep the same room.

Good to stay + Very clean and neat hotel with comfortable beds and good location. Front desk stuff Mr. Cyprikn is very friendly, he picks up a quiet room for us.

+ The staff is always very friendly. This weekend i stayed I met a new front desk person named Annie who was nice. I want to say Happy Birthday to my night clerk William. He always so polite and make sure I always get my extra pillow. Amadeus is an excellent worker. He is always there to assist with my cart when checking out. We can always crack a joke a out me giving him recognition so he can be recognize.the 2 ladies that clean my room on the 5th and 6th floor are always nice and great. I like to give praise to the 2 gentlemen that works the breakfast in the morning. And the evening gentleman that made me a good Margarita. This is always my get away go go and just sleep because of the scenery. And I looking at the sunrise and sunset from the balcony rooms. I love staying here.❤️

+ We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The swimming pool was very clean, and the hot jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We really appreciated the large free parking area, which made everything very convenient. Our room was spotless, quiet, and incredibly cozy. The bed was very comfortable, and the modern shower was excellent. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! − Not

Good value, great location + The hotel was conveniently located near the University for us. There were lots of good restaurants nearby and the staff was friendly and helpful. − We did not like the loud neighbors we had, who went in and out leaving their bolt on their door throughout the night. This was not the fault of the hotel.
