The employees were friendly, the breakfast was good, the swimming pool was clean and nice. + My friend and I traveled for a reunion. The room was exceptionally small. We couldn’t even walk by one another. There was only one sink in the bathroom, so only one of us could use the sink at a time. The beds are hard!! There is no place to put your clothes when you take them out of your suitcase absolutely no storage!! WORSE there was no microwave in the room! Really disappointing for the price we paid! − The room, the space, a microwave, a single drawer to take your clothes out of your suitcase and place in a drawer. Not a single ounce of drawer space was provided. We had to ask for additional hangers as we only had six and two people trying to hang up their clothes for three days. The closet was open with two stop sticking out and you hung your clothes on that. Not worth what we paid!!!

Everything was good + I traveled for work and the hotel was very nice. The room was a decent size, the breakfast was also nice. I'll keep the place in mind for my next LA trip in the Covina area.

Alguns pontos a melhorar + Deslocamento a pé próximo a restaurantes e pequeno comércio. Fácil localização para UBER. Boas opções no café da manhã, tudo self service. Tem micro ondas disponível 24h no dinning room. Você pode comprar comida e esquentá-la a qualquer hora. Pessoal da recepção muito educado e atencioso. Vendor machine de bebidas e máquina de gelo em cada andar. Bebedouro disponível na academia − Limpeza no quarto apenas em dias alternados ou quando solicitado. Como estava viajando sozinha e fiquei 4 noites, no terceiro dia pedi para limpar, porém das 4 arrumadeiras, uma tinha faltado, então estavam sobre carregados e trocaram apenas as toalhas e o lixo com a promessa que no dia seguinte fariam a limpeza, o que não aconteceu. Na área da piscina apenas um guarda sol disponível, haviam 2 mesas cada uma com 4 cadeiras e apenas 1 guarda sol, com o tempo muito quente e o sol forte, permanecer na piscina fora da sombra era desconfortável, precisam colocar pelo menos o segundo gua…

Unclean, overpriced for the quality. + Convenient location − Cleaning happened at slightly under bare minimum. They kept the smaller weights at the front desk and had to be signed out. Rooms not cleaned thoroughly between guests. They don’t give enough towels. 2 adults and 1 child. Gave us 2 towels for us all, and having to call every day for more.
