+ The front desk staff were exceptional! − The breakfast was disappointing, I would have like pastries like muffins and just more offerings.

− Understaffed desk made checking in and out lengthy and tiring. Lack of available parking was the worst aspect of this visit. I also was unable to shorten my stay and won’t be using Booking.com again.

A mixed experience… + We came to CLT for a concert and this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Spectrum Center. We were welcomed by Roger who gave us a complimentary room upgrade, which was much appreciated! The rooms are quite clean and we really liked the variety of breakfast options. I was especially impressed with Susan who had the most positive attitude, made sure there was plenty of food out and even cleared our table for us. Whoever was working at the desk in the evening (I didn’t get his name) was super kind and generous - offering us bottles of water (asking how many we wanted), which was nice after our walk back from the show. When I asked for water in the morning, the guy working said we could only have a bottle at check in and pointed to the area where there was water for purchase. It was a very different (off putting) energy than the evening prior. We were especially looking forward to some pool time in the morning, only to be told when we showed…

Great stay…very comfortable bed & clean room + Loved the fresh fruit especially the blueberries. Think about adding turkey sausage. Overall I give the breakfast 👍🏻 − The parking was pricey, and a bit inconvenient.

+ Very pleasant to deal with at the front desk I validated my parking every time I came back no questions asked if I needed anything they were there I walked in my room my TV was turned out my name saying welcome I got a text right after I checked in asking for a needed anything I said I need another blanket and pillows and they brought immediately I will recommend this to anyone I will be back − That the breakfast wasn't long enough in the morning as far as hours you had to get down there by 9:00 to get breakfast during the week and 10:00 on the weekends

My stay was incredible and I look forward to staying with Home2 Suites again! + Tye and Ashley were amazing during our stay at Home2 Suites! They were very friendly and made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed and were very informed. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We stayed in a corner king suite, which had a lot of room and a beautiful view. The room alone was worth the stay. As a matter of fact, it felt so good to relax that we cancelled our plans one day and decided to relax in the room instead. The continental breakfast was really good! It was more than we expected from a continental breakfast and we were satisfied. The location of the hotel is great because we were blocks away from the stadium and surrounded by restaurants. We loved Lulu’s Express. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Thank you Home2 Suites and staff. − I loved everything about the property.

+ Tina was very patient and help me find parking, greeted me at the entrance, and helped me get early check-in accommodated seamlessly. I’d definitely be staying at Home2 during my next visit.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! + I like how attentive Roger from the front desk was to our needs without being asked. I also like that the location was only a 9 minute walk to our event destination.

Nice except for the parking + Susan at breakfast was lovely. Roger and terrance at the reception were outstanding − The parking garage was frustrating. It would not have worked at all without rogers help
