Would not stay again. + Decent location. − I was very disappointed in my stay. I couldn’t check in at the requested time and was given incorrect room keys. It was a terrible check in process and rooms were not good for the price. Hard beds and almost missed a dinner reservation due to the front desk not having rooms ready until well after 5pm.

Not good. Got sick and had to leave. Did not receive any form of refund. Was charged an overnight for parking and was on + Hotel was nice − Location, very busy and congested. Bed was not comfortable for me. For someone who has arthritis.

Birthday + The valet attendant were awesome. I really enjoyed JW Marriott in Charlotte!!! Shout out to Jonathan, Austin, Jackson and Hannah in the valet section wonderful job guys!!👍👍we were in and out alot but they were on it!!

+ Beautiful location the heart of uptown. − There is literally no parking here. You can only valet or pay $20 in the parking garage every time you come and go. I would’ve never stayed here if I knew that prior to arriving. Hotel pool was WAY different than how it is pictured online. It is so small and there are no hot tubs or further amenities that really made me say “wow”. It was a beautiful hotel, but I got really nothing out of any of the amenities here- it was a wild cost for a pretty mid hotel.

Great JW in Charlotte + We stayed for one night in Charlotte and picked the JW. Great location near tourist attractions and only about 15 minute drive to the airport (assuming there is no traffic). We had a corner larger room, which was great. The bathroom had double sinks, shower, and water closet. Being a titanium member, we had access to the lounge, which had breakfast and snacks throughout the day. As part of the destination fee, you get tickets to the Nascar musuem, which was really fun for our kids. Definitely would recommend this hotel!
