Hashem, Barbra and Seif 🩷 + The place is very chill and good choice for relaxing. I would like to say a big thank you to Hashem, the barman from the beach because he always served with a smile and cared a lot about guests. Also Barbra and Seif from animation team who made the vacation even more fun. The room was clean, the food was good.

Amazing stay and wonderful staff! + This place is perfect if you want to relax and unwind. Special thanks to Hashem at the beach bar for his amazing service and positive energy. Also, thanks to Barbra and Seif from the animation team – they did a fantastic job making our stay super fun. The food was tasty, rooms were clean, and we had a lovely stay overall.

Excellent hotel, would recommend. + I have just returned from a 2 week holiday with my daughter at Jaz Makadi Star. The hotel was great, we arrived late and were shown to a room with a pool view on the second floor. The hotel was very clean and well kept, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was a only a short walk from the hotel but was a bit busy for our liking so we spent most of the holiday by the pool. The entertainment team were fantastic providing a wide range of activities and always around to say hello throughout the day. There was a lovely selection of food every meal time, with a number of fresh cooking stations and a choice of bars for after dinner drinks. There was some building work being carried out at the hotel next door, there were some days we were aware of the construction work, however it did not affect the holiday at all. We have already booked to stay here again next year.

Made me feel like home + The hotel is amazing, really good place to chill it’s quiet because it’s 16+. Staff is really kind they will always help you. Animation team is amazing, thanks to them i met lovely girls who’s now my friends. All of them are really funny especially Mido and Saif they always made me laugh. They offer trips to clubs it’s really safe and a great experience for people. They made me feel like it’s home. Definitely will b e coming back. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great stay! + I wanna thank for lovely vacation to all the staff here, but specially: Saif from animation team - really nice guy to talk and funny also, next: Ahmed from the pool bar - always smiling, kind and his service was exceptional (i didnt even finish my soda yet and he was there with another - much thanks) Next Mahrous from hotel restaurant - very kind and his service was quite exceptional, we came to eat and in a second we had drink on the table, while the restaurant was fully crowded. Thank you

Unutulmaz bir deneyim + Konum olarak şehrin merkezine biraz uzak fakat çalışanları, yemekleri, hizmeti her şey çok güzeldi. Bir kez daha yolumuz buraya düşerse kesinlikle bu oteli seçeriz. Çalışanları aşırı güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olma odaklıydı. Sayelerinde tatilimiz çok keyifli ve güzel geçti. Odaların büyüklüğü çok iyi ve çok çok temizdi. Yemekleri de oldukça lezzetliydi. Her öğün mutlaka kendinize yiyebilecek bir şeyler bulabiliyorsunuz çünkü çok çeşitliydi.

+ Nous avons passons un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la nourriture est très bonne et le spa est de qualité ! L'accès direct à la plage est également un gros plus avec un récif corallien à proximité et des dizaines de poissons magnifiques à observer ! Merci à Mina et à l'ensemble des équipes pour ce super séjour !
