Average but could be better + Location was good central to everything we needed − Fridge door wouldn’t close. Was limited hot water, almost luke warm - it was like everyone had. A shower in the apartment building and there wasn’t enough hot water. Also only 1 lift so takes forever to get up and down the floors.

+ The staff that we met were welcoming, and the housekeeping team did a great job − We could hear other guests walking around in their room while we were trying to sleep

Happy days + Comfy bed and pillows. Kitchen with everything. Great view from balconies 12th floor and above. − All good.

I enjoyed the place and location. But the noise from Fort street night life was a big negative + All of what I marked on the previous page. − Having a bar / club below the apartments on Fort street wasn’t great. The music & noise went on until 4.30 or 5am. Was hard to sleep.

Excellent! Always try to stay here when in Auckland city + Excellent location and balcony was great − Street noise quite loud which could be an issue for some but we didn’t mind.
