was a great stay. we particularly liked the convenient access to the city centre and options of great restaurants. + clean, spacious and comfortable. 24hour room service and free filtered water serving. The amenities are well-stocked. − check in staff could explain a bit more about the facility and payment.

− The TV service wasn't as good as I expected. The range of channels was pretty basic and our sport channel just had a frozen screen for our entire stay (I reported this to the front desk but it didn't get fixed). Also the response speed of the streaming seemed slow. I recently stayed at a Novotel location where the TV service was considerably better

Don’t think I’ll come back for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it. + The breakfast was good even though the pastries were stale, the omelette was really good. − So much dust under the furniture in the room. TV in both rooms we were put in didn’t work. People in and out of our rooms to fix tv but they didn’t know what they were doing so would send someone else. We were compensated with some stale cakes and a strawberry for it. The valet parking was to expensive, we had 2 vehicles a car and a motorbike and were charged $70 per vehicle per night.
