Great place good value + The spa was the best − The single beds uncomfortable ,and the stove top took forever to heat anything pretty much had to buy food and heat in microwave

Very nice and relaxing + Nice and quiet, owner was very friendly. The hot tub was very nice and hot − Room wasn’t cleaned daily, was only cleaned once while we were there.

Jamais je ne retournerai dans ce motel + L'emplacement était bien le personnel a la reception était sympas − Le logement était sale et délabré fenêtre cassée impossible a fermer de le rouille sur tout le pommeaux de douche et sur les poignée de portes le jacuzzi n'a pas été lavée depuis longtemps le bois autour était pourrie.

Rose Court understood the assignment! Cannot wait for our next visit. + ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a gem! ❤️ My first time staying in Rotorua and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. Our room was spacious, super tidy and had everything we needed — but the private spa was definitely the cherry on top! 🥰 After a day of exploring, jumping into our own spa was exactly what we needed! The location was perfect. Just off Fenton Street, so close enough to hit the main strip easily, but tucked away enough that it was lovely and quiet. Best of both worlds! And the price? So affordable! You really can’t complain when you get a spacious room, great location and your own spa without breaking the bank. The staff were what really made our stay. We’d driven 5½ hours to Rotorua and had rugby nationals to get to, so we asked if an early check-in might be possible. They were so accommodating and made it happen, which meant we could get in, have a much-needed quick nap and recharge before headi…
