Would recommend this place as long as you know about the church bells and lack of daily cleaning. + Size of the room. Friendly staff from neighbouring hotel used. Good communication − Didn’t realise it wasn’t going to be cleaned every day. Didn’t know about the proximity to church bells - rung every hour

Not nearly as nice as I had hoped. + Breakfast − They changed my room to two small rooms, but I was charged the same amount and I feel there should have been an adjustment because the two rooms they gave me were not as nice as what I booked.

Great location. Bad sleep. + The location was fabulous. − There were no bottom sheets for the pull out bed and the mattress was stained. Very stained. Also very uncomfortable. Called the main hotel who brought round bottom sheets but said they couldn’t provide pillows. Spoke to main reception at check out and they said that I should have been provided with pillows and they believed the staff member I spoke to on the phone was new.

Muy recomendado + Estaba limpio, el espacio es como se muestra en las fotos así que no es publicidad engañosa. El personal es amable y atento. − Podrían indicar con un poco más de precisión que la recepción está fuera del lugar de alojamiento. The perfect room in the centre of the old town. + Located in the centre of the old town, Blasius Residence was perfect for us. Check-in at The Pucić Palace, where luggage could be left until the room was ready for early arrivals. A large bedroom, air conditioned complete with a large fully and tastefully refurbished ensuite. Double glazing and shutters to the large windows were appreciated.

خاب التوقعات ولن اعود اليه مطلقا ، ولن انصح به. + الموقع فقط ، وهذه الميزه موجودة عند كل الفنادق والافطار كان ممتاز − الغرفة لم تكن بالفندق ، كانت في مبنى آخر لا يرتقي ان يكون فندق ٤ نجوم، و خدمة الغرف غير متاحة ، ولم يتم توجيهي الى مكان الغرفة عند الوصول إلا بعد الأتصال عليهم . التلفزيون لا يعمل ، والنت لا يعمل ، ويوجد باب مقفل بالغرفة مما يلغي الخصوصية. وطاقم الفندق غير خدومين على الرغم من اطلاعهم على المشاكل .

Gute Lage, schlechter Service. + Die Lage ist natürlich top, direkt hinter der Blasius Kirche − Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht und einen Erwachsenen sowie zwei Kinder angemeldet. Schon Wochen im Vorfeld habe ich per Mail angefragt, ob das alles so funktioniert, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Auf telefonische Nachfrage hieß es immer nur no problem no Problem. Als wir dann angekommen sind, war das versiffte Klappsofa noch nicht einmal mit einem Bettlaken bedeckt. Auch diesbezüglich haben wir mehrfach bei drei verschiedenen Rezeptionisten nachgefragt, aber nichts ist passiert. Dann ist noch zu erwähnen, dass der Fernseher kaputt ist. Und dass bei den WM Viertelfinalspielen. Wir haben uns darauf eingestellt, und deswegen auch den horrenden Preis von 670 € für zwei Nächte bezahlt, dass die Kinder im Halbschlaf vom Bett aus die Fußballspiele sehen können, und nicht bis um 1:30 Uhr nachts draußen in den schönen Gassen von Dubrovnik verweilen müssen. Didn't meet expectations + The location was amazing. The room was clean and there was a fridge available. − We were a little disappointed with our stay here. The location was amazing but unfortunately our expectations were not met. We arrived to Dubrovnik at 12pm and knew that we couldn't check in. We were greeted by two lovely employees from Pucic Palace who stored our luggage and when it was time to check in, one of them brought us to our accommodation. The streets all look the same, especially when you arrive and we couldnt find our way back to our apartment later that evening. We went back to Pucic Palace and asked one of the receptionists if she could send us in the right direction. She was very rude and told us that it wasnt her job and that we should follow the map. When we explained that Google Maps wasnt bringing us to the correct location, she shrugged her shoulders and repeated that it wasnt her job to give us directions. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön, das Zimmer lag günstig mitten in der Altstadt. Man sollte bloß wissen, dass man n + Die Lage des Zimmers war sehr zentral, mitten in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, die einwandfrei funktioniert, was bei den Temperaturen auch wichtig ist. Es gibt eine Mini Küchenzeile, die sehr minimal ausgestattet ist. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank. − Die Crew am Empfang war ziemlich überfordert. Ich hatte gleich bei der Buchung eine Anfrage gestellt, ob wir das Zimmer vor 15 Uhr am Anreisetag beziehen können, da unser Flug bereits um 7 Uhr ankam. Bis zur Anreise hatte ich keine individuelle Antwort erhalten , nur die Standard Antwort, dass das Zimmer ab 15 Uhr frei sei, was ich ja nachgefragt hatte, ob dies auch früher zu beziehen sei.
