Great location, didn’t feel like “four stars.” + The location in the old town was fantastic. The AC kept the room comfortable in 30C+ temps. The kitchenette, specifically refrigerator, was appreciated. − For a “four star” hotel, amenities and maintenance didn’t meet expectations. Breakfast (room service only) was a very limited menu and didn’t once arrive at the requested time (sometimes early, sometimes late). No iced drinks (“we don’t have ice”) and the orange juice wasn’t fresh. The shower head needed a good clean - more water came out of seams in the fixture than from the appropriate place. There was no floor mat, so the floor got wet and slippery. We used a towel for safety. We happened to be staying during World Cup, and our room was above a bar that stayed loud well past 2am. There was no warning during booking, or during checkin, that the city had extended opening hours into the early morning. A warning, and a pair of earplugs, seem the minimum bar for a four star hotel.

Would stay here again as everything you need is literally at your door step. It’s located on the old town so nice when y + Loved the location, the room and super friendly staffs and really enjoyed our morning breakfasts.

Never Again! + We returned to Scalini Palace after a great experience last summer during our stay in Dubrovnik. The hotel is very nice as before, but you get no sleep because directly opposite is a night club. From our window on the first floor we were only a few metres away from the dance floor. The music was so loud even with my noise cancelling headphones on. I am a night owl but when you have a young daughter with you getting up at 7am, being kept awake until 3am is not worth the high price tag. It used to be a great hotel, However, unless you’re a party goer on a high budget wanting to roll off the dance floor into bed avoid this hotel at all costs!

Bon hotel pour une nuit ou deux à Dubrovnik - propre - fonctionnel - très bien situé - facile accès + Emplacement idéal en plein centre et sans trop de marches à monter pour arriver à l'hotel - par contre chambre au dernier étage sans ascenseur ... donc il vaut mieux ne pas avoir de grande valise. Mais le réceptioniste a gentillement monté ma valise. La chambre est tout à fait correcte - avec une petite cuisine, frigo, canapé, lit et table. La salle de bain est basique mais tout est propre. Le petit déjeuné est servi dans la chambre à l'heure souhaitée. Correct sans plus. − Rien de particulier, l'hotel est correct pour le prix et pour une nuit à visiter Duborvik. L'hotel n'a pas de restaurant mais il y en a plein aux alentours.

+ El desayuno y el aire acondicionado − La atención en gral, salvo la persona que traía el desayuno. No es un hotel 4 estrellas, carece de muchísimas cosas!!! Nos dieron una habitación que no era la contratada. Reclamamos y nos cambiaron al día siguiente. El lavatorio "acumulaba" agua, no escurria... No tenía todas las cosas de equipamiento que dicen. En el baño solo hay jabón líquido y papel higiénico, NADA MÁS!! Solo dejan 1 toalla para todo uso, tuvimos que pedir otra y nos repetían que era solo 1, luego de exigir nos dieron 1 toalla más. Las Almohadas eran lamentables!!! El cover/Sábana muy chico para 1 cama doble. Podríamos seguir diciendo muchas cosas de la deficiencia del servicio que ofrecen
