Event to Mauritius on our summer holidays we stayed at two other resorts. We had to cancel our reservation with this res + There was nothing to like about the Property the moment we stepped in the attitude as the reception is to save power lights off at the reception Main resort we were instructed to turn off the AC when you leave the room. This is right at the reception we are being told and there’s so much negative about that staff over there. − The Property claims on the listing and we took screenshots of the product listing of the resort where it says private beach private beach means that it is specific to only the people living in the resort whereas there were dogs unattended roaming around the Restaurant we made videos of it we provide provided evidence. It is not a safe property to deal with because next to the pool there is a way from where you go to the public area to public housing and from there people used to come with dogs multiple dogs this is not small dogs Mauritius i…

Kleines ruhiges Paradies in schönem Design + Wunderbare Unterkunft im Norden der Insel. Sehr geschmackvolle Zimmer, eine kleine süße Bucht mit Sonnenuntergang Deluxe und insgesamt sehr ruhig. Wir mochten es sehr gerne und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten Tretboote und Kajaks ausleihen, haben das Fitness Studio genutzt und einen Klasse Schnorchel Trip gebucht. Les infrastructures sont exceptionnelles, le personnel est aux petits soins, ils sont très accueillants et profondément gentils. 🫶🏼 La chambre était incroyable ! très grande, très propre. Le petit déjeuner propose tout ce qu’il faut ! Nous avons également dîner au restaurant asiatique de l’hôtel et nous souhaitons remercier Joseph pour la qualité de ses plats et sa gentillesse 🙏🏼 Sur la plage de l’hôtel, nous avons pu réserver une excursion et l’équipe nautique s’est occupée de tout ! Vous aurez la possibilité de réserver plusieurs activités nautiques ce qui est très agréable ! Un séjour absolument parfait + Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa. Tout était parfait du début à la fin, et nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs de l’île Maurice ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien entretenu, calme et offre un cadre exceptionnel. La plage est superbe, la mer magnifique et la piscine très agréable. Les chambres sont absolument fabuleuses. Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour reposant et profiter pleinement du cadre. Nous étions en demi-pension et nous avons été très satisfaits de la qualité de la nourriture. Les repas étaient délicieux, variés et toujours très bien présentés. Un immense merci à Shravan, Enzo et Ryan, ainsi qu’à l’ensemble des serveurs, pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur attention tout au long de notre séjour. Deja mucho que desear. − Nuestra experiencia fue bastante decepcionante para un hotel de 5 estrellas. La habitación era bonita, amplia y agradable, aunque el desagüe de la ducha no funcionaba bien y en ocasiones había un olor desagradable. La limpieza era correcta, pero llegaron a olvidarse de dejarnos toallas. Lo peor fue la atención en recepción y la organización. Durante el check-in, nadie nos preguntó si necesitábamos ayuda con las maletas y tuvimos que subir nosotros mismos las 4 maletas, mientras veíamos cómo a otros huéspedes sí se las llevaban. Esta diferencia de trato nos hizo sentir bastante incómodos. Además, en varias ocasiones recibimos miradas incómodas por parte de algunos recepcionistas, llegando a percibir un trato clasista. También tuvimos que llamar 4 veces a recepción para que solucionaran un problema con el tenderete de la entrada, algo que demuestra la falta de coordinación, a pesar de que hay bastante personal. We really enjoyed the time we spent at Sea Diamond, great location, kind stuff and the food was great. If you are lookin + Excellent location, very good restaurant, kindness of the stuff. Free water activities. − The only thing that could be improved is the room service. It was extremely clean and they very kind all the time, but during our stay they forgot a few times to leave new towels and toilet paper. They quickly solved the issues but I think it could be avoided.

A memorable stay with outstanding hospitality + Beautiful boutique resort with exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, lovely gardens and excellent food. The size of the hotel was perfect for us - peaceful and private without feeling isolated. The evening turndown service, in addition to the regular housekeeping, was a particularly lovely touch and made the stay feel that little bit more special. The Mauritian buffet on Thursday evening was particularly memorable, with an amazing variety of delicious local food, all included along with drinks. Complimentary tea was also offered every evening, which was another thoughtful touch. Most importantly all food was halal. What really made the stay special, however, was the staff. They were warm, courteous and remarkably attentive, often remembering our preferences and plans and asking about them later. Reception was extremely helpful and efficient. La pulizia della camera e l’indolenza nel fare le cose richieste piu volte ( per avete la salvietta per li viso siamo riusciti ad averle quasi alla fine del soggiorno (che e’ durato 10 giorni ) Anche per il riassetto della camera - richiesto piu volte che venisse pulita per le 13,00 - l’ abbiamo dovuta sollecitare nei pomeroggio
