Es un paraíso + Es el paraíso. La ubicación, el personal, los restaurantes, todo fue increíble. − La limpieza de habitaciones tiene mucho que mejorar. Era bastante regular. Y el spa lo tienen demasiado descuidado en comparación de lo impoluto que tienen todo lo demás.

+ Where do I even begin - everything was flawless, from arrival to departure. The staff were warm and attentive, and the on-site snorkeling and kayaking were a highlight the kids absolutely loved all included in the price. There's a genuine sense of security, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Now, the food. It was outstanding ,varied, flavorful, with different stations by region, and simply delicious throughout. The hotel offers several dinner restaurants to choose from, each with its own distinct cuisine, and honestly, I have no complaints. The selection and quality at the main restaurant, in particular, were exceptional. Thank you for such an incredible experience.

A beautiful and relaxing resort with wonderful service, people, and atmosphere. + The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and setting. − There was very little we disliked overall.

Una luna de miel de ensueño + La habitación que elegimos era increible, más grande que nuestra casa. Todas las instalaciones del hotel en general, zonas comunes, restaurantes fueron increibles. El servicio de camareros de la piscina, super atentos. El desayuno buffet que nos regalaron uno de los dias por la luna de miel es el más completo y de mayor calidad que he probado nunca. El restaurante peruano es caro, pero está todo riquísimo. − La persona para reservar las actividades nunca estaba en su puesto de trabajo, fuimos en repetidas ocasiones. El clima en junio no fue el mejor.

+ Spiaggia bella, resort molto completo e grande con tanti servizi. Buona qualità − Seppur sia un resort a 5 stelle in un posto molto bello, molte camere tra cui la mia necessitano di un ammodernamento e di manutenzione straordinaria. Il bagno ha doccia vecchia e con acqua calda che arriva molto lentamente Inoltre la pulizia poteva essere migliorata.

Repetiríamos! + Me encantó todo! El servicio, el diseño, las instalaciones, la biblioteca, la playa, la piscina. Pero lo mejor sin duda es la zona adults only que es súper tranquila y silenciosa ( que es lo que buscábamos) − La limpieza de las zonas comunes para llegar a la habitación e incluso dentro de la habitación. Hace falta una limpieza profunda. Hay pelos y polvo por todas partes donde mires con un poco de detalle.
