Excellent location and beautiful hotel. + Excellent location in Zona Colonial. Very nice hotel rooms. Friendly staff. We loved our room balcony looking out the town square. Good restaurant.

Es comodo pero el personal es poco empatico y colaborativo + La ubicacion − No cuenta con ascensor y el personal de seguridad privada duerme en el piso bajo las escaleras.

Una ubicación señorial + Está muy situada , reservé la suite del 4 piso y está de maravilla, además comunicante con la otra habitación. El hotel lo recomiendo como escapada solo o en pareja, pero sí vas con familia y con muchas cosas te recomiendo uno con ascensor y parking, eso sí, la ubicación es perfecta − No hay ascensor, y son 4 pisos, viajaba con un bebé y es muy incómodo, y tampoco hay sitio para para con el coche para dejar las maletas, todo tiene que ser corriendo, y tienes que dejar el coche en el parking que me costó 70 dólares por dos días.

A neat and well located boutique hotel but the pricing is deceiving. + A neat boutique hotel with excellent location − The pricing is deceiving. The advertised price was in dollars but when you come to the hotel, they charge you in Dominican pesos, using their own arbitrary exchange rate that was much higher than the current market rate or the street rate. They effectively pocket 5% extra by using their own exchange rate.

Buena Ubicación pero Habitaciones en Mal Estado + La ubicación es muy céntrica − Nos asignaron una habitación llena de Humedad, con paredes y techos agrietados de tanta humedad, una habitación que no debería estar apta para alojar huéspedes, solicitamos que nos asignaran otra pero el chico nos dijo que no tenían más disponibles.
