Hotel typique, beau, propre et proche de tout + super emplacement en plein coeur de la rue touristique. Le lieu est beau, authentique, agréable et chaleureux. L'hôtel a un vrai cachet pour les amoureux des vieilles pierres. Le personnel a été à l'écoute et très gentil aussi bien à l'accueil qu'en cuisine. − L'eau chaude prend un peu de temps à venir. En ce moment, il y a des travaux juste devant l'entrée , ce qui n'est pas de leur faute. Heureusement qu'on n'entendait pas trop le bruit. C'est une bonne idée d'avoir une piscine sur le toit mais elle ne donne pas envie et est abrupte de déco ce qui dépareille du reste de l'hôtel.

+ Location − We chose this hotel because there was a free parking garage. In June we sent a message to the hotel to make sure that a parking spot at the hotel was guaranteed. We got this answer "We can arrange parking for your vehicle. We’ll guide you to the parking space when you arrive." When we arrived, we could not even get to the hotel because the whole street is broken up and we did not get any help from the rude receptionist (Jasmin) to find a parking spot. Very very poor service!

Decepción total por prácticas abusivas en el pago y un desayuno pésimo. + Lo único salvable del hotel es su ubicación céntrica dentro de la Zona Colonial y que las habitaciones estaban limpias. − El peor aspecto del viaje fue la gestión del check-in y el cobro. A pesar de tener la reserva confirmada en USD por un importe cerrado, en el hotel se negaron a cobrarme en esa divisa y me obligaron a pagar en pesos dominicanos (DOP) aplicando una tasa de cambio completamente inflada y desproporcionada. Todo ello bajo la amenaza de no darme la habitación si no aceptaba sus condiciones, lo que supuso un sobrecoste indebido considerable sobre el precio acordado. Por otro lado, el desayuno deja muchísimo que desear. Además de dar poca sensación de higiene, de "continental" no tiene nada: la variedad es mínima, se orienta casi en su totalidad a comida local y faltan los básicos más elementales (no hay bollería, el único pan es de molde y ni sombra de bacon o tortitas). Te lo venden como hotel categoría 10 y se queda en hostal de tercera + La ubicación − La entrada al hotel calle en obras imposible acceder con las maletas hasta la entrada fue hasta peligroso con máquinas trabando enfrente de la entrada

Es terrible + Nada − El desayuno era deficiente, la piscina estaba cerrada durante el horario indicado y solo abría bajo petición, y estaba sucia, así que tuve que esperar a que la limpiaran. En la página web no se mencionaba ninguna obra en la calle frente al hotel ni el aparcamiento cerrado. Finalmente, un empleado del hotel me ofreció un lugar para aparcar mi coche, pero por la mañana resultó que no estaba permitido y que se lo habían llevado. Como era sábado, no podré recuperarlo hasta el lunes. Esto arruinó por completo mi plan de viaje. Es una incompetencia total. No me ofrecieron ninguna compensación, simplemente me enviaron a un taxista que sabía dónde se habían llevado el coche.
