Car i justet, li sobren estrelles. + El personal era molt amable i la ubicació perfecte tot i que la zona i carrer es molt cutre − Molt car pel que ofereixen i pels preus de Sarajevo en general , l'esmorzar molt pobre, poca varietat de tot i molt senzill. Es veu renovat molt senzill i el bany molt petit, van fer el llit pero no van buidar paperera tot i que no hi cavien les escompraries de plena wue estava.

Lovely friendly hotel, excellent location + The staff were absolutely lovely, and the location is great - a couple of minutes walk from the job of the old town. It is quite basic in terms of what is in the room, but super clean and comfortable bed, good quality bedding. − I’d have liked a safe deposit box in the room, and the shower cubicle is quite small.

Konumu, temizliği, kahvaltısıyla Başçarşı yakınında tercih edilebilecek iyi bir otel. + Otelin konumu oldukça iyi; Başçarşı'ya yakın oteller arasında tercih edilebilecek iyi seçeneklerden biri olduğunu düşünüyorum. Genel olarak oda ve çarşaf temizliği, havlular, yatak ve yastıkların rahatlığı oldukça iyiydi. Klimalar her iki odada da gayet yeterli çalışıyordu. İlk odada akıllı televizyon bulunması güzel bir detaydı, ikinci odanın banyosu ise oldukça geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Kahvaltıdan da çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle çıkış yapacağımız sabah resepsiyondaki hanımefendinin, normal kahvaltı saatinden önce ayrılacağımızı fark edip “Kahvaltınızı yapın, öyle gidin” demesi bizi çok mutlu etti. Kahvaltının bizim için erkene alındığını düşünüyoruz ve bu gerçekten çok ince bir davranıştı. Çalışanların genel yaklaşımı da oldukça yapıcıydı. İlk odada yaşadığımız sorun nedeniyle oda değişikliği talebimizi hemen karşılamaları ve çözüm odaklı davranmaları konaklamamız açısından oldukça olumluydu…
