Sarajevo bella sorpresa + Albergo a un passo dalla città vecchia. − Le camere non vengono rassettare giornalmente così come non vengono cambiati gli asciugamani. La colazione è molto spartana.

+ Tolle Lage. Nettes Personal. − Zimmer teilweise sehr klein und nicht komfortabel, aber es gibt auch grosse komfortable Zimmer.

Jó kis szállás, nagyszerű helyen. + A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. A személyzet segitőkész volt. Tisztaság volt. − A wifi gyenge, nem mimdig fogható. A szobában kis hűtőszekrény jó lett volna. A wifi nem volt elég erős. A reggeli kicsit szegényes.

+ Aproape de centru − Afiseza pe cladire 4 stele. Pe booking 3. In realitate are maxim 2. Aerul conditionat era plasat deasupra usii, dar pe hol, nu in camera, unde era un ventilator. Fara frigider. In baia mansardata era imposibil sa nu te lovesti de tavan la fiecare miscare, plus o teava care curgea in spatiul de dus, dar nu era clar de unde vine apa. Probabil de la aerul conditionat. Nimeni nu a luat nici macar gunoiul. Patul inconfortabil cu lejerie prea mica, aluneca in toate directiile. Cafea cu plata la micul dejun platit deja in pretul hotelului...

+ The only things I liked were the convenient location close to the main attractions and the helpful, responsive staff. That’s about it. − What I did not like: The room was very dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. I noticed what appeared to be long black hairs left behind, as well as visible dust on the bedside table. The bedding was also disappointing: the blankets were provided without proper sheets, which was particularly unpleasant from a hygiene perspective. There was dust throughout the room, and overall it gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or prepared for a new guest. The shower was another major issue. There was no proper partition or door, so water spread across the entire bathroom floor every time I showered. It was therefore practically impossible to enter the bathroom in socks, even if you simply forgot something in the room or wanted to use the bathroom briefly. The toilet cistern also did not work properl…

DELUDENTE + Hotel vicino al centro. Posto auto prenotabile. − La pulizia non viene effettuata giornalmente, nè in camera nè in bagno. C'è un asciugamano di piccole dimensioni (da viso) che bisogna utilizzare anche come telo doccia per tutti i giorni di permanenza. (Credo che pulizie e cambio asciugamani siano previsti solo ogni 5 giorni) Standard pulizie basso. Il terrazzino presentava porco pregresso importante. Colazione non all'altezza di un tre stelle. Wifi-fi instabile. Tv che non riceve il segnale. Mobilio molto vecchio. Nessun comfort abitativo. Non lo consiglio

Sarajevo affascinante + La posizione e il parcheggio − La camera angusta, servizio di pulizia inesistente, asciugamani solo piccoli, di spugna consumata che non asciugano; un velo pietoso sulla colazione (non un minimo di dolcetto, cappuccino da pagare...)
