+ Wir haben insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Alma Resort verbracht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und eignet sich hervorragend zum Entspannen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr praktisch war auch der WhatsApp-Service – Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und Anliegen zügig bearbeitet. Der Buggy-Service ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Man wird jederzeit bequem über die gesamte Anlage gefahren, was besonders mit Kindern sehr angenehm ist. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es einen Obstteller und täglich wurde kostenloses Trinkwasser aufgefüllt. Das Badezimmer war allerdings bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem funktionierte in einem unserer Bäder das Warmwasser nicht, während es im anderen problemlos lief. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und konnten uns gut erholen. Doesn't fit our needs, we regret + The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, nicely landscaped and well kept. Even though it's a big resort with many people, there's enough space that everyone is reasonably well spread out. There are like 12 swimming pools. The gym is clean and quite well equipped. The beach is clean. We enjoyed the pickleball court. − In hindsight this was not the right place for us, especially at this price. The screaming kids are everywhere. I wanted the beachfront access but the beach is just alright, not worth it in the end. The grounds are huge so it's a hike to get there anyway, or a 10-15 min wait for a buggy. Our suite technically had a sea view but it's so far in the distance. Everything is at first world prices which is crazy when a local bowl of noodles is 20k VND. And if the standard of breakfast is a benchmark, the food isn't all that great. (Huge variety at breakfast but most individual items …

Beautiful getaway + The reosrt is very impressive. Even thought there are over 500 rooms and suites it never feels crowded. The gardens are stunning, pools amazing, staff friendly and the resort offers so many activities. − I think if the food court stayed open for dinner it would be a nice alternative for people with children. Sometimes you just feel like grabbing a casual bite for dinner and not going to a restaurant.

+ I was really impressed by the hotel’s customer service and attention to detail. Everything is beautiful, elegant, and aesthetically designed. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing, with a huge variety of dishes. Compared to many other hotels, I especially loved that all drinks are included in the buffet, including alcoholic beverages. There is a great selection of wines, freshly squeezed juices, beer, fish, and dishes from different cuisines. The buffet is truly outstanding. There is also a shop on the property where you can buy groceries at reasonable prices, similar to those in a regular supermarket. The rooms come with a kitchenette, which is very convenient if you choose not to book the all-inclusive package, as you can prepare your own meals. 子連れで2.3泊するには最適 + 海の目の前で景色がよく美しかった。プール、海、ウォーターパークで遊ぶにはとても良い。 − レストランの種類が少なく、選択肢がない。高い割にそこまで美味しくない。フードコートが昼間しかやっていない。日本語の対応がないので少し不便。また、海辺のチェアが少ないのと、入れ替えを人の手でしてもらいたかった。早朝に場所取りをされると空きが出ずなかなかチェアに座れなかった。
