Looks like 5 star, feels like 3. + To begin with, the check in was unprofessional and the worker was very distracted, laughing about something with the other employees behind the check in. Generally unfriendly staff, seemingly untrained. Example; They give you the menu in the restaurant, and then they walk away and pretty much never come back. You have to physically get up and walk to them and tell them you want to order/ pay, eye contact and smiling will be ignored. Additionally, you have to be lucky if they understand anything as simple as ‚One bolognese pasta please’, a young man just looked at us and ran away without a word, bringing back a different worker a few minutes later. Another example is the woman writing down room numbers for breakfast, just staring at you not saying anything, not good morning or what’s your room number & no thank you, just simply staring at you. Generally, it’s extremely laid out for Russian tourism, if you ask for towels (which they do not understand),…

Nice relaxing 5-star hotel + If you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this hotel delivers. The downside is that there’s not much to do nearby unless you take a ride into town. However, many nearby businesses — such as spas and restaurants — offer free pickup and drop-off service to and from the hotel, which makes getting around much easier. The private beach and pool are wonderful, and the buffet is quite good. The room towels are surprisingly new considering the hotel opened in 2017. Overall, there’s really nothing to complain about — a relaxing and pleasant stay.

A Great Resort + I’ve stayed here before & will stay here again. First, when I come to Nha Trang, I come to the Cam Ranh airport 45 min away. I prefer staying in Cam Ranh-plenty of great beaches & resorts. Less time in taxis w/airport 10 min away This 5-star resort is far more reasonably-priced than the others. Many of the are great too. I like Radisson, & Anam is a fine resort. This hotel has many restaurants, inc sushi & Chinese. I like the lobby bar. There are two huge swimming pools, one in the trees & the other by the beach. The beach restaurant has a big western menu. The room with a big bed is comfy. It’s worth it to get a partial ocean view room. There are also more expensive villas and bungalows on water The gift shop in the main hotel building has mang good snacks & drinks. Buffet breakfast quite good. Staff is great, tho’ that’s almost true of everywhere I stay in Việt Nam.

A true international 5-star resort! See you again! + My family had a warmly welcomed holidays at Duyen Ha resort. The resort is conveniently located, with an international-standard luxurious style, full amenities, and excellent service quality. The rooms are beautiful, ensuring privacy, with high-end furnishings that meet 5-star standards. Breakfast was delicious, and the flexible breakfast hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM were a big plus. Our family is especially grateful to the receptionist Ms Tran– she assisted us with a quick and professional check-in and check-out process, and provided thorough guidance that helped us enjoy a perfect vacation. The resort has a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. Breakfast featured authentic Asian and Western dishes – all very tasty. Sincere thanks to the Duyen Ha Resort Cam Ranh team for providing our family with a wonderful holiday experience. Thanks also to the housekeeping staff for the clean and tidy room.

This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars. + Key issues encountered: • Hygiene & Safety: I found cockroaches in the previous rooms, and in the upgraded room, there was a lizard on the headboard of my bed. This is a severe breach of sanitary standards. • Infrastructure & Maintenance: There were constant plumbing leaks in my initial rooms. In the current "upgraded" room, there is a persistent, foul smell of sewage. The hotel's piping and infrastructure clearly require urgent renovation. • Failure to Resolve: I requested a transfer to another hotel at the beginning of my stay through my tour operator. However, your management refused to provide a refund or recalculate the costs, forcing me to stay in these substandard conditions. I paid for a 5-star experience, but instead, my vacation has been ruined by technical failures and poor hygiene.

great vacation in duyen ha + I had an amazing stay at Duyen Ha Resort in Nha Trang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. Their service and hospitality exceeded my expectations and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. One thing I really loved was that there were very few Korean tourists, so it truly felt like a relaxing international getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a quiet vacation. The ocean view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the beach facilities were very well maintained. The sunbeds and resting areas by the beach were comfortable and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sea breeze. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a real vacation. Highly recommended!

Pool, beach + We had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at this hotel! Everything was very convenient, and the swimming pool and beach were absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the vacation atmosphere. 😊 We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary late check-out service, which made our last day much more comfortable and stress-free. A special thanks to Manager Han, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. His warm hospitality and thoughtful support made our experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to stay again when we visit Nha Trang!

A Disastrous "5-Star" Experience - More Like a Poorly Managed 3-Star Resort + I rarely, if ever, write negative reviews because I understand that no hotel is perfect. However, my recent stay with a friend at Duyen Ha Resort Cam Ranh was so profoundly disappointing that I feel compelled to warn other travelers. While this property claims to be a 5-star luxury beachfront resort, our experience felt closer to a poorly managed 3-star hotel. Here are the issues we encountered during our stay: -Deceptive Room Availability & Poor Maintenance: We booked a Premium room but arrived to find the balcony flooded above ankle-level and the carpet heavily stained. The hotel sent two technicians who did nothing but talk and told us to "wait for the water to drain by itself." When we demanded a room change, the manager initially claimed no rooms were available and asked us to wait until the next day. However, the moment we told her to either find a room or upgrade us to a sea-view building, a Premium …

Tassie family in big pond + For a small family from Tasmania this Resort did big international tourism and we were overwhelmed. Thank god we got a private villa. Villas were spacious, but not well resourced with necessities ,get the private villas, prices and services were just ok. Big pools and long sandy beach but both over crowded.
