+ Είναι καλό ξενοδοχείο. Ευγενικό προσωπικό πρόθυμο Για ότι ζητήσαμε. − Το lift ήταν σχεδόν συνέχεια χαλασμένο αλλά μας έδωσαν εναλλακτική αυτό του προσωπικού διότι είχαμε άτομο με πατεριτσες.

Ernüchternd + Das Zimmer ist groß und verfügt so weit über alle Dinge, die man braucht. Es gibt einen Wasserspender im Eingangsbereich. − Ich bin abends angekommen und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es in den nächsten 10-12 Stunden kein Wasser gibt. Ich hätte mir hier ein Entgegenkommen des Hotels, wie bspw. Rabatt, erwartet. Die Wände sind nicht schalldicht, ich empfehle Ohrenstöpsel

Zufrieden, werde nächstes mal wieder buchen + Im allgemeinen wirklich toll. Lage ist Super. Saubere Zimmer und sauberes Bad − Bei Anreise im Kühlschrank angetrunkene Mc Donalds Getränke. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde nicht automatisch nachgefüllt, man musste immer nachfragen

Disappointed. + First and foremost the front desk staff, three young gentleman were absolutely fantastic! They were so helpful and kind, whenever a problem arose (which many did) they work quickly to try to get me a solution. They were the biggest positive about my stay. Location is safe and quiet, residential area near a stunning park. − My room smelled like mold when I checked in, I mentioned it to the front desk who had the cleaning staff try to fix it, but I think unfortunately it is from the carpeting (old and musky) so nothing helped. The water was shut off twice, once for 8 hours and I just got back from sulphuric baths and wasn’t able to shower, wash my face, brush my teeth, etc for the whole night and am - which led me to miss my day trip. I flew 16 hours to get there, I was only there for 4.5 days and I lost an entire day because of this. The manager has horrible business sense and while I was told he would refund me for the night he changed his mind. This is supposed to b…
